Nothing!!

I spoke explaining that I would arrive several hours after check in, he told me it was fine and he could leave the keys in the bar below the room, I arrived there at two in the morning and there were three people in the bar, no one had the keys, I tried to call the structure but no one answered I lost money and I could not stay in the structure! with a four year old girl I had to look for a hotel at two in the morning, no. it was neither easy nor cheap. think twice before booking with them.

Nothing the pub was awful the rooms were disgusting and we left 2 hours after checking in with no refund as they said it’s “none refundable”

I looked like an abandoned building it was unsanitary there was bed bugs there was mild on the roofs and the staff were all rude

Only issue was that the room was very hot and the windows are blocked off which prevented us from opening them.

The staff at the pub tried to be helpful, but clearly struggled to find my booking in their system. The bed was actually surprisingly comfortable, but it was two single beds put together and I almost fell into the hole in the middle. I didn't mind the noise as that comes with such a central location in the nightlife center of the city.

The place was disgusting! Their cleaners must have been abducted by aliens because that can be the only explanation of the state of this property. The floors in the room were absolutely filthy, the lamp and curtain were broken, there were cigarette butts on the window sill and cigarette ash marks on the bed, shreds of toilet paper on the floor. The shared bathroom in the hallway was exactly the same complete with used wrappers from women's sanitary pads, other trash and dirty towels on the floor and a broken door that I struggled to close.

room needed a desperate update. shared bathroom on our floor was out of order. other shared bathroom needed an update and just felt unclean.

The location was very handy with most places easily walkable. Staff were generally friendly but didn't seem to be a manager or anyone about the place to keep an eye on things.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, every surface in the room was absolutely caked in dust. I had a look under the bed and you'd swear the room hadn't been vacuumed for months, layer upon layer of dust. Our check in was delayed by around an hour and a half so we had to sit in the bar for quite some time. When we finally got up to the room, there was no sheet on the duvet which I would consider a bare minimum requirement - despite asking several times, we never got a sheet put on for the entire stay. The heating was on full blast seemingly 24/7 which made the room very uncomfortable during the warm weather. We also had no tea/coffee making facilities or even a bin in the room, which led to guests using the bin in the shared bathroom which kept overflowing. Not usually one to complain but sadly this place was particularly bad.

Near to commercial companies and also to the station. Staff was really good they are helpful.

The location is excellent. The staff were also keen to help where they could.

The room was filthy and dust-ridden. Problems including but not limited to; rubbish under the bed, the cupboard falling apart, peeling wallpaper and torn blinds, the room is in complete dissaray. Not to mention that the torn blinds are in eyeshot of the bathroom which is also filthy. It is also incredibly noisy until early hours of the morning though this comes with the territory of staying above a pub.

The room was big enough.

The blinds were all broken and there was no curtain on one of the windows so during the night the street lights were all on your face. The toilet was a night mare. Toilet so dirty, shower looks like it has not been cleaned for more than six months, same as the toilet floor. The stairs were very dirty. There was a bucket standing with urine or dirty water all the fours days I was there. Multiple use toilet no disinfectant. That is a breathing area for information. Somking in the toilet and on the stairs way. Noise.

Oh well don't get me started When arrived asked member of staff about my reservation and she just carried on moving tables actually asked mu daughter to move out of the way there was no one waiting to usetable . The toilet was shared and lock did not work had to get my daughters to hold the door while we used the toilet , it was disgraceful dirty smelly and no soap to wash hands . The room had no kettle or cups .The heating was on full no way of turning off the window was not use able glass panel in front of it noway for any air . When we arrived back later after concert the music was on full whack and continued to get louder all we could her was thud thud thud an a couple of words . This continued till 1.20am then the staff starting coming up stair around 3am and just let's say they weren't quiet . Fully disappointed would never recommend anyone to stay there.No communication with staff only I asked a young man member offstaff for a taxi number and he was helpful .

Shared toilet/bathroom and it would be great if there was more than one for the approx ten rooms. Actually it's not a hotel but rooms located on top of a bar.

nothing as doubled booked and let down with my 9 year old son and had to seek alternative accommodation when i never been in Manchester before

Manky! Everthing but Everthing Manky! Holes in the walls, tiles uplifted cracked, you would come out the shower dirtier than went in

This place is falling apart, arrived and there was holes in the walls and just random door numbers all over the floor. Blinds didn't work in the room. We didn't feel safe here. Shared bathroom facilities poor and dirty, and not enough... (people queuing).
