Hotel was very clean n quite to sleep at night

It has unless in door pool too shallow you have rooftop sin bathing area which wad empty 90% of time no music or fun or games listening to lorry's traffic and road works while sunbath not suitable for family's who want fun in the sun we had Bn B and it was OK chice was limited waited to get bread n crossiants for 20 mins just got them waiter said u must leave in 5 mins it was 1020am breakfast served till 1030 we arrived at 915am hotel very expensive pint beer Fanta plate of chips 16.50 all bars n restaurants are rip off along area 100 150 for pizza 2 burgers chips 1 pint 2 fantas my lads hired bikes to get around I can't cycle due to back injury so they headed to beach water park etc 140 for 2 for water park we got fast pass but very expensive a taxi charged me 35.00 to go to beach and we went to Arenal to play crazy golf taxi cost 45.00 to get back to hotel he drove at 165km an hour fuckn scary I would not return here as far to expensive for holiday

We got a room above the trash bins which reduced our comfort /noisy collecting everyday../

Costa Azul was incredibly accommodating. We had an early flight and got there before check-in, but they held onto our luggage as we walked around Palma and let us check in as soon as our room was ready. I'm not sure if we upgraded rooms out of the kindness of the Costa Azul staff's hearts but the room exceeded all expectations. Rather than 2 sets of bunk beds, we were placed in a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a waterfront patio - it was truly amazing!! Next time I find myself in Palma, the first place I will be calling is Costa Azul it was that great!!

I really have no bad things to say. Everything about our stay was great. There was some construction happening on the road outside the hotel, which is out of Costa Azul's control, but you couldn't even hear the construction in the morning. It only caused a little trouble for our taxis and Ubers when dropping off/ picking up, but that was not a very big deal. Everything was great!!

The room was nice, breakfast was nice, pool area is very nice. Views of marina and cathedral are great from the pool and deck. The location is walkable to everything we wanted to see and do in Palma, and we found several good restaurants near the hotel.

The location was a bit of a walk to the bus stop for the airport bus and to the historic town center/Soller train station. But a good location for walking to the Bellvar Castle and the waterfront promenade. A shuttle service to/from the airport would be a big plus.
