Early morning noise from the street. Our room was at the front so maybe ask for one at the back

You pay for the location, which is absolutely great, to explore Palma. The reception staff was really friendly. But other than that, did the hotel not live up to the expectations nor the price tag.

The restaurant staff was really rude, we had booked a table for lunch and when we came there did someone else have the table. After several discussions did we get the table. Another night did we want to have room service and then the staff told us to order and look at the menu online instead of helping us at the restaurant. We also found an old razor in the bathroom, which didn’t feel that fresh. You didn’t hear the street but you could hear everything from the hallway, so very noisy. Overall, you can’t tell the hotel was recently renovated.

my room was located near the stairwell so everything echoes and it was noisy. on 7th floor you’re beneath the sky restaurant/bar and can occasionally hear guests walking up and down the stairs, and the dragging of chairs, and movement of crockery didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming nor was I given full detail of wifi, facilities.
