Very good location Very good facilities compare the price we paid!

Breakfast was same as last 3yrs ago! But cannot complain because the cost is very competitive

The breakfast is fine and near to airport Bali, near to beach.

The smell in the room is not good and fresh, the air conditioner (AC) is not work properly, and floor is sticky

bathroom had dirty curtains and grout. I killed 3 cockroaches while in the room swimming pool bar only had one towel left once we went to the pool.

the hotel is decent but the hotel area was run down as most of the shops was closed down.

There were cockroachs in the room, pathetic service. The staff was arrogant and least bothered about customer satisfaction. The worse part however is the staff did nothing about the the cockroachs.

Staff in Bali at all levels are always fantastic

being very cheap to stay at aside the hotel would benefit from updating as the rooms are spacious. This would also increase the nightly cost to stay

Even though I paid cash they have charged me on my card after I left the hotel ...

They are flexible to make an "on the go" breakfast at 4:30 am on the day that I flew out.

Limited lighting of the area, which should be improved.

Nice, big spacious room. Very kind and helpful staff.

Halls are very noisy, lost of students were loud and up till early in the morning.

Everything I need is in my room, safety box, hair dryer, fridge. The room is spacious and comfortable, with no noise even though the guests are many. In brief, I love this hotel a lot.

- We didn't had our complementary breakfast as we woke up late, what a pity of us - Need to walk a bit far from the lobby into the room - The balcony could be well designed as we couldn't see anything from the balcony at the 2nd floor. It could be an open designed - Found some stains on the duvet cover - Bathroom amenities could be completed with shampoo, as we found no shampoo there

Only like the location as it is very convenient and there is a good laundry service nearby.

The room was definitely not to my expectation as this was our third time staying in this hotel. Our stay before the pandemic were more comfortable. Toilet , curtains and room floors are dirty.. Pool tiles are very slippery and not well maintained. Same goes to the breakfast lounge area..
