Great rooftop pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was very good for us as it was a little outside the main touristy city centre but still near loads of local restaurants and shops. They can organise a wide range of tours at a very fair price.

The building is nice but a little dated and we did have to ask for our room to be cleaned. Very minor comments. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

All of the staff were so friendly and kind. The pool was fantastic to lounge at after sightseeing. Short walk to pub street/old market but quiet and away from the noise.

The hotel advertises that it accepts credit card payment. It does not. It demands cash. If this affects your travel plans stay elsewhere. Whilst it can be OK to only accept cash that needs to be clearly stated on all online booking sites.

Very good location, the room is nice, big comfy bed, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is lovely, with towels and sun beds.

The staff was very welcoming, they arranged a tuk tuk pick up service from our bus stop with no extra charge. The facilities were okay, spacious and clean room and the swimming pool on the rooftop is a very nice place to chill after a long day at the temples. Location is also good, 15-20 min walking from the main attractions. We also booked our private tour to visit Angkor Wat with them and was great. We would definitely come back!

Due to low season, restaurant is not open yet but they did their best to provide us with breakfast every day, even a take away one for the day of the early tour. So there is nothing that we didn’t like.

TV. from the hole hotel doesn't work. In the room no coffee, no water. We have to ask but they don't give coffee. Not the same as picture from booking. com.

The quality for the price is amazing. Has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a pool on the rooftop is very nice. It has sun all day and is clean.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful for all my needs. I felt so at home and comfortable there. Pool area was beautiful and great place to enjoy in the sunshine. The bar and restaurant are reasonably priced and have incredible food and drinks. Everything I ordered was delicious and staff were so friendly and quick service. Rooms are very big, great space, clean and comfortable.

One of my bathrooms had a bathtub instead of a wet room and the shower head was very low down, I'm a short girl and it was at hip level when I stood into the bath tub for a shower, but this was the only slight inconvenience I encountered.

Breakfast was good and the facilities too. For the days that you have to wake up early the hotel can provide a simple box breakfast and that was cool

The check in process was a pain, first they gave us a tiny room that didn't have a fridge, even though it was mentioned in the booking, so after mentioning this at the reception they moved us to a proper room. The problem was that they assigned us four different rooms because on the first three the key wasn't working or the room wasn't made up. Not a nice experience after 6+ hours travelling by bus to Siem Reap. In addition, one day even though we left our keys at 8AM at the reception, the room wasn't cleaned and they gave us back the keys without mentioning this. So we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait.
