I love the atmosphere and facilities in banyan tree

It will be great if the restaurant in banyan tree provides buffet breakfast because it took sometimes for us to figure out what to eat in galaxy. The birthday cake amenity I requested was frozen when it sent to my room which I think it could be better.

Celebrated my son 1st birthday, all the staff were execptional helpful. A special massive thank you to Marcus Alves, whom organized a perfect afternoon experience at the Cabana, ensuring all our needs are met and creating phenomal experience for us, family and friends. Thank you to Micko who helped decorate the room and assuring a splendid stay throughout.

Room size resort deck experience

- such room rate should include breakfast ALWAYS - room decoration seems aged and show too much usage - some sofa fabric had ash stains and some cups had bits of ash - room pool should be able to keep warm temperature all the time - bath tub could not keep the water which become very noisy and not relaxing

My kids loved the pool inside the room- they jumped in it as soon as they woke up. We appreciated all the small touches that made our stay feel special.
