The property always exceeds my expectations honestly, very homely, chic and super clean. It’s everything every single time.

I think this time I was a little unhappy with the food, and service in terms of billing me. The waiter wanted to charge me for delivering food to my room, he charged us for non existent things or double charged where unnecessary. That did not make me happy at all. Honesty is very important in a place of high regard like this one.

Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal! Frühstück war richtig lecker (vorallem die Eggs Benedict). Überwachter und privater Parkplatz. Tolle Poolanlage und guter Service. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren ein Genuss. Tolle Lage. Eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Einfach allgemein eine wirklich tolle und entspannte Atmosphäre. We stayed one two different occasions over two weeks spent traveling around SA and cannot speak highly enough. The facilities and staff were exceptional. The pool and poolside facilities are superb and get morning and afternoon sun. Both pools are good sizes and very clean. The breakfasts offered a great mix of hot and cold as well as pastries and fruit salads. Location - Sea Point is gives very quick access via Uber to Camps Bay, Clifton and the fee V and A. We had no trouble at getting Ubers and seeing what the city offers and using The Glen as a base. We would recommend to and definitely return. We had a poolside room on our first stay which was superb.

Second room (13) was a little tired.

Incredibly welcoming staff making you feel like at home, wonderful breakfast and restaurant, some of the best spa treatments I’ve ever experienced, and stylish bright rooms.
