Studio room was nice and clean. We were helped quickly when we checked in. Parking was available when we arrived.

Very noisy till very late….3 am. Not a family friendly hotel. Would rather advertise as a backpackers. AC leaked thru night. Everything that was on ground was very wet. Previous customers left ice cream in the fridge.

Trendy and minimalist just means basic. The bathroom door would not shift open or closed. Told it couldn’t be fixed. No lights in the bedside lights. Also told this couldn’t be fixed. Balcony furniture was rusty and worn. Really grotty.

Sink was broken, walls very thin, staff shout in the passages, noise from market downstairs, shower door was not working , sink dirty , wifi didn't work half the time, staff were not proffesional , no batteries in aircon remote

We enjoyed our stay, very convenient with market being downstairs. No windows though.

Una de las peores noches de nuestro viaje!! Muy ruidoso!! A las 3 am intentaron entrar en nuestra habitacion de manera reiterada, y a pesar de intentar contactar con la recepcion en varias ocasiones, nadie respondió al telefono!! Un buen susto!

The location of the venue was amazing. The bed was so comfortable.

I was disappointed that the room I was in had no windows at all. The previous time I was in room 203 and it was amazing.

Nothing we could not sleep, we wwre in room 119, people next door had a major argument thatvturned into a fist fight, security and SAPS, this went on for 4 hours before anyone did anything about it, ridiculous sounded luke the room was brocken in to oieces the way they were going on, I am in the hospitality industry and wull never recommended Mojo Hotel

I loved where it was situated and the view was Great from my Room. The Receptionist ( Cannot Remember his name ) was very accommodating, I couldn't find my booking because I made it Two hours in Advance before arriving and understand that it takes sometime for the booking to show up. The individual was quite attentive and understanding and also advised me that he will be collecting payment later in the Room as we were unable to find the booking at the time. Very friendly as well.

Fortunately I am a Front Office Supervisor and I work in a Five star hotel Abroad and understand that it's not a five start hotel however, what really got to me was the fact that there were no phones in the Room , who do we call when we need HK or in case of Emergencies, did we have any incidents before where people were stealing or breaking phones hence , we do not have any phones in the Room ? As a Hotel it's important to have These Items , as it is mandatory, imagine something should happen , we would have to run down the long corridors until we get to the lift and wait for a while to actually go to Reception. Management should be looking into this or maybe there was just no phone in my Room 😀, besides the Phone everything else was Good ! Will definitely come back in the future as I love the location , but please work on trying to get Telephones , alternatively emergency buttons.

A friend of mine lost her suitcase and the staff didn't bother to help her with footage. Staff were inconsistent with the investigation. She had to remind them about the matter every day until we left. I wish they could clean our rooms every day. There is no way you could clean the room twice in week where 6 people are sharing 😭.

It's in the best location and the staff is more friendly.

Too noisy, it would be good if the room were soundproof or something. Being able to park your car before checking in, would be great. It makes it difficult to look for parking if all the street parking is not available to come and check before getting a moja parking. Please do have at least complimentary water.

Amazing place and awesome to have multiple restaurants downstairs.

There were 7 people in the room for 6 beds. So they made a mistake and it took a decent amount of effortvto get it fixed. Which is not something a customer needs to fix, the hotel should do that.
