The staff were amazing and the place was clean, with beautiful decor both inside the rooms and hallways. The room was much larger than many and we were very comfortable.

I was mistreated on my stay there receptionist Bernice. Openly made me understand i'm not welcome. I think they have an issue with black people. They refused me a heater for the room the manager lied and said that she would provision one when i spoke to her over the phone. But never responded again upon my contacting her on my second try. Even up to the next day. I had to wait for them to "prepare my room". I borrowed an iron for my clothes Ms Bernice refused me that.

The location was wonderful and safe, the house was beautifull in original stile and cozy, the hosting was so pleasant . I liked everything and recommend other people to stay.

we really liked the atmosphere created by the hospitable owner Ruth and staff, thoughtful design and pleasant details of the rooms and the sharing area, caring and friendly staff, quiet and safe area within walking distance to the ocean, shops and restaurants, and comfortable pillows and beds.

Ashby Manor is central. 5 minute walk to the main road, coffee shops, restaurants and everything I needed.
Nothing. Incredible Guest House. Such good value. Not going to tell them but their rates could be so much higher.
