Central location. Pool was great as the weather was rainy. Kids were entertained with the pool so all was good

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff at reception and great value for money.

Helpful staff, clean room and plenty of parking.

No milk in the fridge, and although the shower was a good size it was a squeeze with the toilet in room and having the sink outside the bathroom was odd.

Very good location, was super close to everything and made it easy getting around. The pool was amazing too!

The place was very loud, other people staying were very noisy and you can hear everything happening outside and in the other rooms. There was spew in one of the elevators which was not getting cleaned up anytime soon which was a let down to walk into when they knew it was in there.

I like the Plymouth Hotel for its comfort plus we were there for an event held at the hotel.

Overall this hotel is really nice, the food is exceptional.

Leading up to my stay I received the usual COVID advice regarding masks etc. On entering the hotel the signage regarding masks was very prominent (by the door, by the lift, next to reception, along the corridors etc). I abide by mask wearing because I understand the rules. My concern here, is, that the two ladies on reception were NOT masked, the waitress who delivered my room service dinner was NOT masked, and finally, the receptionist who checked me out again was NOT masked. During my stay the only staff member I encountered who was masked was the lovely man who delivered my room service breakfast. I really would appreciate an explanation for this. I would not return to this hotel based on the fact that guests are told to follow the rules, but the staff can just do what they want.

Oversell as said it had view of the mountain which it did not have. Also a lot of noise from road traffic so not soundproof.

Comfy and clean, everything was there that we needed, private and quiet. Perfect place to stay as my nephews wedding reception was at the venue. The food was amazing too.

Breakfast was good. The first room we had we moved as it was extremely noisey. Second room was very nice.

The noise from other guests also the large group when they came for dinner had bare feet no masks. I feel when you go to a restaurant you have to respect other dinners which this group didn’t.

It was windy and the door rattled at night and kept me awake.

The first room was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our first rooms air conditoning wasnt going but the staff were very accommodating and were able to move us to a different room but the second room had a few damages and was a bit run down..

When we got into our room there was poo in our toilet, and our room was not serviced as we stayed 2 nights, we got back at 10.30pm and no clean towels, the wet dirty towels were still there. Couldn't get all tv chanels, tv was a bit small and outdated. Aside from that, it was a nice comfortable room, spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The reception check-in staff was excellent and very helpful and meet our expectations. Our bed was comfortable

Our booked room was dirty with a previous guest's underwear still in the bathroom. There were dirty handprints on the mirror and on the back of a chair. The shower grout was dirty and growing mold in the corners. Our upgraded new room had hair in the basin and wasn't vacuumed very well (if at all) On arrival, we were informed that we could not use the gym, pool, spa, outside courtyard area, or bar because they had a wedding booked. There were guest and wedding guests making a large amount of noise in the pool, courtyard, and in the hallways until late and from early 7am Saturday morning Our second night was worse with another wedding taking place and the noise going on until 4 am???? We booked a Bed & Buffet Breakfast 2 night stay. The wedding guests got the buffet breakfast but we were not allowed it having to order off the menu - not what we booked for.
