The room was great and if it was just the room, I would give this hotel 9 or 10. also reception staff is helpful and friendly

1. restaurant is a disaster - it feels like they give a cookbook to 10-years old child who is trying to cook for you. we had there two dinners and there was no one dish which was ok. tuna tartar was killed by vinegar, chicken Caesar had undercooked chicken where you can smell raw meat, steak that was supposed to be medium was rare with cold meat inside, mashed potato had pieces of potato with a size of quarter of potato 2. smell of sewage is really annoying and makes experience not very pleasant 3. gym and pools are just a joke - nobody uses them for a good reason

The facilities in general were quite artistic, well designed, and a good quality.

The shuttle service to and from the town is a little irregular and unreliable.

None of the restaurant staff spoke English and difficult to convey my food requests. The food was very mediocre.

The hotel is located in an very beautiful area, with well preserved gardens. The view from the balcony is amazing and very relaxing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the city center works very well.

The shower is very weak and the temperature oscillates a lot. Also, the bathroom was stinky due to a bad smell coming from the drain. The hotel has 3 pools: one extremely cold and two extremely hot.

Good location, nice rooms and clean.

Unfortunately the food was quite average or at times even bad; the dinner and the breakfast both. Also the room service was not working well and ended 7.30pm, which is too early for a place with lots of day tours etc.

Great spacious room, fabulous showers (2, one inside, one outside!), nice poll area, great breakfast. Complementary bus shuttle to village.

Some parts (pool area, gym, spa) were a little run down, could use an upgrade.

The hotel looks like used to be really good, but lack of maintence! the employees are kind and hardworking but outnumbered they can't solve infrastructure problems that lack maintenance. The worst part is that the sewer station doesn't work, which makes much of the hotel smell terribly. we stayed for four days, we relapsed from this since the first, and only on the third, after changing hotels, they changed our room. a sanitarian problem like this is inadmissible, especially in a hotel with daily rates of this value. I felt completely cheated

Reception and customer service was great! Staff very friendly and absolutely helpful. Although the hotel is located slightly out of the town center, they do provide very convenient and reliable shuttle service. The free bike rental was a huge plus as well! There are 2 heated pools which you'd need in October Bed was very large We liked the fact that the room had a balcony which overlooked the mountains in the distance At night, if you went to the end of the hotel to what was the observatory, you'd be able to see the stars, really an extraordinary sight Breakfast was a decent spread though quite a similar spread. We enjoyed it nevertheless. Lots of lounging space around the hotel

Due to the nature of the desert environment, the room is rather dusty. Hotel staff came to mop and wipe down the place but it got dusty again pretty quick. The hair dryer in the room is not the best The main pools are not heated so its quite impossible to swim in even in the noon (very cold) The astronomical observatory on site is not functioning (there are no telescope(s) The

wish the staff was better informed about excursions. hotel could not offer a late check out of one hour. !!

could have had tea coffe and water included in the room rate given this isn’t a cheap hotel

The site is beautiful and large with pools, small gathering areas, beautiful lobby, we even got a welcome drink. The rooms are stunning. It was hard to leave. The bed was large and comfortable. Could have stayed days! In addition the staff went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our car. They coordinated transportation to Calama airport in this event. I would strongly recommend this place and would stay again

The place is a little far removed but they provide a shuttle - which could be great if you want more quiet

The hotel is beautiful. All members of staff were friendly and polite. We had most of our meals at the hotel and the restaurant is very good. The room is big and comfortable. It is a good choice in San Pedro.

Everything was nice, comfortable and relaxed. Staff was all very pleasant. Food could improve and also better coffee!

The room is big and very confortable. The bathroom is amazing, with a shower in open space.

The room had a lot of dust, and although the staff was attentious, many times there wasn’t any in the restaurants or bars.

The property is very nice, with a stunning view of Licancabur. Big room with a great garden view.

Some curtains were not working properly. One pool was boiling literally.
