The location was good and the garden was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are grocery stores nearby and several restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance.

The room was cold and there was no heating. The room, and in particular the bathroom, was not renovated to a level that is appropriate for a hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. The pool is not heated, which even in November means that it is too cold to use. I expect much more from a hotel in this pricerange.

location, just 2 blocks from main street and 3 good local restaurants with decently priced home made food for lunch and dinner

The location is a couple of blocks from the main walking street. It is in a quiet location with a couple of restaurants within about a block.

The front desk manager was very good and spoke great english. Some of the other staff were not as friendly nor as helpful... and I speak Spanish so the language barrier was not an issue.

- Staff were super welcoming and helpful - The pool and relaxing sit down area beside it are lovely - Great WiFi throughout - Lovely breakfast, eggs made to order - Reception staff happy to call tours, taxis etc for you if your Spanish is as bad as ours!

Nothing - we really enjoyed the whole package!

Very grotty and unclean room. Duvet had no cover and covered in yellow stains. Cockroach in bed upon arrival. Really grotty bathroom.
