I liked the little restaurant out by the pool, food was good there. The bed was comfy to sleep on. The breakfast and lunch buffet was also good too. The pool area was fun.

I didn’t really like any restaurant, the food didn’t taste that great. The only restaurant that tasted ok was Spice. The first day i got there, i went to use my $400 Dyson blow dryer and it blew it, my blow dryer stopped working. There was very little a/c in enclosed areas.

A short ride from CUN airport and we immediately felt welcomed. We booked preferred and our rooms were available upon arrival. I liked the preferred lounge. The staff was very friendly. The international buffet was great and had a lot of options but I mainly ate omelets every day. They did have GF options available. The poolside kitchens were great! Nachos, wings, hamburgers, and fish tacos. If you go please try the French and Mexican restaurants. Lots of activities for families.

The first night there was some confusion about which restaurants were open and if room service was open which I did speak with one of the managers Jorge about. Our jacuzzi was not clean upon our arrival and I did request for it to be cleaned but I'm pretty sure housekeeping didn't get to it. The staff will tell you to download the app but you don't need to; call room service to order because the app will state that it's closed, the staff post events and open restaurants in the elevators every day. During our last full day, however, I think service was lacking. I'm not sure what happened but there seemed to only be one server and two bartenders poolside.

The staff were all so kind and very cheerful. Loved that everything you needed could be ordered using their great app. The buffet was great and the shows were really great as well!

As you arrive you get bombarded into a one hour+ long pitch about their timeshare packages,they wouldn’t even let me go to my room without signing up for the breakfast. This sit down shouldn’t be the first thing I’m tired to after hours of travelling.
