We don't eat breakfast.
It was called in the restaurants, but one of the two restaurants doesn't have umbrellas outside, so it was too hot at lunch. It would be nice if you could set up umbrellas in the outdoors eating area.

Amazing big room with great jacuzzi. Great pool and team, and specially the food in the restaurants and cocktails. Simply an amazing place!
not a lot to complain about... only the location, the road to the hotel is a mess, not their fault though

The property was quaint and quiet. It was small and had great access to the beach.
The mosquitoes are out to play, and the mattresses were harder than usual.

Everything as described. Great food and good service.
Osman, Hervey, Miguel, Jesús and Ismael provided us with exceptional service.
The Pool bar closes early, at 5 p.m.
The red wine that is included is quite bad. So if you want to dine with decent red wine you should buy a expensive bottle in the restaurants.

All the stars for the kids club run by the girls. My daughter had an amazing time attending all the activities in the club and gave us the much needed time to chill. She was looking forward to go in there every single day of the stay which was great.
- We were upgraded to a master suite which was much more spacious and better value for money than a junior suite. All rooms and property was clean at all time. Staff were always courteous and happy to help. We needed reservations for dinner and our concierge Lisa was super responsive and helped with all the dining reservations. All in all a good property to relax in.
- Lack of entertainment in the evenings, it gets very quiet. This place attracts a lot of young families so I dont see why they cant put up some family friendly shows in the night. It doesn't have to be loud but can liven up the place and would be good to see some local cultural performances.
-We were bored with the limited vegetarian lunch and dinner options by the end of the stay. Would be good to have different cuisines apart from Italian and Mexican.

Breakfast is great. Transportation service was also wondeful. Loved the room service, and staff makes you feel like at home.

Our room was perfectly located beach front. The little touches throughout the week made us feel pampered and rested. Evian spray water at your chairs, fresh fruit, custom popsicles, gracious staff, clean clean. Restaurants food is very good too. Jesus and rest of team around the pool are friendly, attentive and gracious host!
Reservations for dinner and beach chairs challenging.

Amazing service and staff, including babysitters. Personal service in so many ways.
Exceptional, personalized food by the chefs - in our case they cooked us excellent Indian food several times, and seemed quite excited about the opportunity to do so as well.
Modern and fully furnished rooms and amenities.
Booking and reserving required for every little thing - dinner, swimming pool lounger, beach lounger, etc.
Focus on timeshares instead of just all-inclusive, which tends to attract an older and retired crowd.
No centralized evening entertainment.
Too Americanized in various ways - food, etc. This region has a rich, deep culture and history but that doesn't seem to express itself here.

the property was charming and comfortable.
when we checked in, we didn’t know that we needed reservations for beach chairs or dinners. We also didn’t get any information on activities or the different areas on the resort. Because we were only there a few days, we felt like we missed out on a few things.

-super clean property, rooms and pool
-friendly attentive pool staff and waiters; Jonathan in the Mexican restaurant was amazing, pool bar and Mexican restaurant food was excellent
-low key vibe, friendly chill guests - not a party hotel
- hard to get info about the property or nearby activities. we tried to ask at checkin about on-site activities, restaurant schedules, ‘chair reservations’ etc and were dismissed. ‘Members’ seemed to know the processes but as first time guests we were confused and frustrated
- our ‘butler?’ finally reached out a bit into our stay but was unable to give us any helpful info; gave us incorrect info about fishing, taxi prices, chair reservations etc. concierge only interested in pushing timeshare tour, not helping with trip logistics.
- service and food in ‘international restaurant’ was well below expectations

absolutely beautiful property. I have stayed at over 20 locations from Cancun to Tulum. This property is an exceptional value.
only three restaurants.
10.0 / 10.0
service and quality of food. little things are all thought through, insect repellant in the room, armbands for keys, a straw bag and hat for the beach, convenience of private car service
decor needs updating but if it was it would be twice as expensive

happy with the breakfast buffet. omelette bar was nice. nice pastries and fresh fruit.
rooms were great. loved that the hotel is not super-sized like some hotels in the area. family friendly. very nice staff everywhere! kids LOVED the all-inclusive side of things! no seaweed at this hotel unlike other hotels in area.
more hand sanitizer at each food station would be nice. can be hard to get a beach chair some days. some of the food is not great and food took a long time some nights. you need to learn what to order. italian and mexican food great. those who ordered meat felt is was undercooked. loved the guac, shrimp ceviche, shrimp quesadillas!

The food, staff, and service was excellent. Good drinks too! The jetted tubs on the balcony and bathroom were a very nice surprise.

The staff is amazing. The food is great. Drinks are also very good.
My only complaint is, the beach was covered in algae. The resort was not cleaning it up so I had to go to Isla Mujeres to enjoy a clean beach

Enjoyed the sunrise from the beach each morning and having a nice breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the pools. There was a variety of foods available. The concierge was helpful in arranging tours to the surrounding areas along with recommending and booking restaurants in the delightful Porto Morelos. The bed was very comfortable and there was sufficient space for storage along with a safe, nespresso machine and daily water provided. The hotel has a gym, spa and importantly a convienent store. We were given a complimentary airport transfer to the airport on departure which was a surprise (see below). The hotel provided a very useful bag along with welcome bottle of tequila, hats and gifts during our stay which were warmly received.
As a leading hotel of the world, I have come to expect the very best from hotels within its portofolio. I felt the service at this establishment fell short of the mark. There was no communication from the hotel after our booking was made in regards to my enquiries about booking tours and they did not inform us about a complimentary airport transfer. Also, a member of staff was quite rude in expressing that our needs cannot be met because the hotel is busy with many other guests. This was in regards to trying to arrange a late check out, which as. Leading hotel of the world member, I am entitled to...there was no apology and no thanks upon check out. There’s definitely room for improvement in this regard. Furthermore, the location maybe an issue for some, it’s between Cancun and Playa del Carmen so you may wish to choose something located closer to this hubs. Ask, our room had issues with the sinks in the bathroom and again service was questionable in their response time along with no explanation of the room upon entering as there usually is at the top establishments. You also need to book your sun beds by the pool. The Mexican restaurant was a bit disappointing in terms of food quality we felt.

Housekeeping staff and servers were amazing. All of the staff were very nice and attentive.
During our stay we ordered room service; the food was great though it was inconsistent in quality mostly with the foods we ordered the most. Also the ATM machine was broken so we could not get cash so therefore we couldn't get a taxi to go into town. With that being said they told us to walk to town to get cash but we were told we couldn't even get private transportation which was a part of our package. Our butler was also inconsistent at times. You could honestly do without a bulter; they are pointless as the concerige handles everything.
