The space was more than enough for a family of 4; the facilities were comfortable and clean. The communication with the building administrators was excellent; they were helpful an supportive.

The location of the property was not the best with a limited options for dining or for tea or coffee. The neighbourhood was not the prettiest. There was only one air conditioning unit for the whole apartment, which was good for the living room, but not good enough for the warm nights in the bedrooms. I believe the advertisement suggested that some kitchen equipment was there, but we could not find the iron; I was gladly surprised with a dolce gusto coffee machine, sadly, it didn’t work. The holder for the shower holder and the water hose in the main bathroom were broken and placed liked they were okay; something that should have been replaced before our arrival. Despite of all of that we loved the apartment

Terrace. Actually two terraces, where you could sunbathe

The property is clearly under-maintained. The terrace although big would be much better if it had a foldable umbrella or marquise. The air-conditioning works so so and it is mounted only in the living room. So in the hot days you will find difficult to sleep in the two bedrooms. The internet worked very weak. Had problems with zoom/Teams call. And there was no internet on the terrace whatsoever. There was no soap / gel in either of the two bathrooms No kettle in the kitchen. No salt / pepper / tea / coffee The lighting in one of the bathrooms didn't work, while the other bathroom had broken shower handset (no shower). TV was ridiculously small for the size of the given living room. The owners charge additional 20 EUR if you leave any dirty dishes in the sink. If you come with the car, you will have endless problems with parking your car on the street, as there is no dedicated parking spot and the area is quite packed. And finally the worst part: the host's attitude. I have reported all the issues to the owners during my stay and they didn't even care to say sorry.

Location was great. I was impressed by the appartment. It was clean and cozy. We will come back for sure.

The location was very nice and near the beach and transport facilities.
