a localização do hotel é mto boa, se tornando um otimo custo beneficio. Não é um Hotel grande, o que faz ter um ar mais intimista, os quartos são de bom tamanho e a vista do quarto principal é linda, voltada para o mercado a frente, e a praça.

Nos llevarón a un apartamento no al hotel, cosa que no ponía en la reserva. El desayuno está bien, pero son extremedamente lentos

Hele nacht wakker gelegen door de gasten in buurkamer. Ondanks dat het niet gehorig zou moeten zijn heeeel veel gegil, geroep, herrie. Klacht bij receptie werd als dat is idd heel vervelend afgedaan. Nachtportier heeft wel geprobeerd tijdens de nacht in het rustig te krijgen naar helaas....

Everything was good!

Location is absolutely fantastic - right in the heart of the Old City. We were in an apartment which was beautiful, modern, clean and had everything we needed.

Loved everything.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Location was excellent right near the Plaza del Mercado and walking distance everywhere. The staff were friendly and very helpful on the front desk 24/7, which provided a sense of ease at any time you came back to the hotel, especially late at night.

It’s not surprising with the location being so central and the summer evenings very festive, it can get noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper, would recommend earplugs.

The hotel is well located near the city sights. Easy walking to the market, restaurants, and points of interest. A bus takes you to the beach or the modern science museum, 3d iMax theater, and Ocenarium. The room was very quiet, spacious and clean, with a coffee maker. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was far more than we needed. We just selected the options we wanted. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Can't think of anything that could be improved. Everything was good.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is perfect. We find the kitchen area very useful, fresh coffee every morning and a really cold refrigerator.

Only change we would make is to have two beds instead of one large one.

Great location... right in the middle of Central Market area with all the bar, cafes, restaurants, and shops all within steps!

Room a little on the dark side... but, once you opened the curtains, the problem wasn't as bad.

waiting 40 min for check-in, because the only guy there was trying to explain to another couple how beautiful are the surroundings and to give directions, while the tourists couldn’t understand the language. i mean I understand you need to act like a guest and be helpful, but I was also a guest and could take a quick break, give me the card for the room and then continue the chat. When they finally left, it only took 3 minutes to help me.

Location was in the perfect place with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Really quiet room but when you opened the balcony door you were met with culture and the glorious noise of the city center! One staff member in particular (Salomé?/Salmoné?) was fabulous and gave great suggestions!

One day we opted for breakfast which wasn’t to our taste but not a negative

Location was perfect only a short taxi ride from the airport (approx. 20 Euros). For the rest of the holiday we walked to all the major sites - we even walked to the beach which took 2 hours but flew by as so much to look at and great places to stop for a coffee or two. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until departure we couldn't of felt more welcome. The team on reception helped with everything from recommending restaurants, local places to drink, best times to visit markets and local attractions (they even helped open a bottle of wine when our cork screw failed us). We will most certainly return and I have already recommended to friends.
