lovely place, with a lot of nature around. We liked the entertainment room and the two sweet dogs company. The apartments were comfortable. In one apartment there was a shortage of warm water and the host brilliantly helped and solved the issue. You could always reach out to the host, whose response time is very short

for the terrace apartment, the access was a slippery slope. We are in our 30s, and we struggled somehow. A handrail would be really helpful, especially if guests are older. In the same apartment, the guests felt very cold at night, whereas the other 3 apartment didn’t have the same complaint.

Fabulous views to Teide and Puerto de la Cruz. Generally peaceful. Attractive swimming pool. Cats, dogs and horses. Spacious. Bodegon Las Vistas just up (literally) the road offered very good food at reasonable prices.

Drive up to the property was anxiety-inducing. Extremely steep with tight bends in places. Thank goodness the car hire rep persuaded us to hire a more powerful vehicle than we’d originally intended. One bedroom apartment turned out to be a large room with the double bed built into the corner with a curtain over, rather than a completely separate room which, now I know, can be seen in the photos. Description implies that one bedroom apartments have a washing machine, whereas this is located in a separate building and shared with other apartments meaning occasional frustration when having to wait up in order to use. If a light sleeper as I am, the morning preparations for looking after the horses, whose bits and bobs are stored below one of the apartments, is disturbing. To be fair, didn’t bother the rest of the party. Hot water supply seemed erratic - running for quite a while seemed to resolve.

Amazing view, great hospitality!

The place itself is gorgeous. The view is truly beautiful and also the whole area with the pool and the animals and everything is really nice. There is a sports room where you can play tennis, billiards etc. which is a really good idea. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is really comfy and there's enough space for clothing etc. Parking spaces are provided and the city of Santa Ursula with shops, petrol station, etc. is nearby. Our highlight were the cute pets (cat Leo was the most adorable cutie). We got fresh towels after a week and once we asked for new bin liners via the booking.com Chat we found them in front of our door seconds afterwards. We found the location ideal because you could literally reach any place on the island in an hour drive maximum.

There were a few little things. The sink only had cold water and washing the dishes without hot water wasn't ideal. Also the doors from the shower didn't close properly so that the bathroom floor was always wet afterwards. The fridge made very loud noises which was a little annoying at night. Also the pool water was freezing cold so that you couldn't really flounder about in the water but only jump in and out for a quick refresh. But what really bothered us was that the apartment hasn't been cleaned once during our stay (2 weeks). We found it quite unusual as we expected it to be cleaned after a week. We wondered if it was probably due to the Covid situation but then they could have just told us and provided us a hoover and I would have happily done it by myself. The apartment only provided a broom so I did my best with that every day and tried to keep the surfaces clean with desinfection spray and wet wipes. Also to be honest I had the feeling that the apartment hasn't been cleaned very thoroughly before we arrived because I swept the floor the night we arrived and there was a lot of dust on it.

Stunning views, very tranquil atmosphere, will definitely go back there again. Hardly had any interaction with the hosts but wasn't really needed so no complaints. Really lovely place, wish we'd stayed longer

Cold in the room, no breakfast and shops far away. Great only if you've got a car
