La localización y la distribución del apartamento

Lo sucio que estaba el apartamento, mucho polvo (el sofá tenía más polvo que una cantera, la mampara de bañera mugrienta, la cortina llevaba más manchurrones que parecían el estampado de la cortina,.. ) tampoco había nadie quién pudiera gestionar nuestras necesidades, sin calefacción ni utensilios básicos para el hogar (por ejemplo sartenes inservibles, listas para tirar a la basura), poca comodidad, sofá y camas, muy poca ropa de cama y toallas, nadie que nos cambiará las toallas o nos proporcionara alguna más, hormigas en la cocina, caía agua a la terraza desde un piso alto..

Easy check-in and check-out, fully equiped kitchen wirh all you need (but no condiments such as salt, pepper, oil, you need to have bring your own. Plenty of parking outsude the apartment complex, 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurany, 20 mins to city center.

The equipment was dated, but clean. We did not spend too much time at the pool, it was crazy windy. There was conatruction above, we had a ljttle but of mess in the terrace.

View from the terrace, spacious, clean, generally well equipped. Great rooftop pool. Nice location and quite good parking options around.

Not that home like feeling, it would need some extra touches to make the place better, for example there are no curtains in the bedroom so it is empty room with a bed. Broken curtain rail in the living room, some repairs are needed also elsewhere.

Flat is very spacious Kitchen very well equipped Nice view from the terrace Excellent location (easy to reach by car, 5-15 min walking distance from anything in the city) Very attentive and responsive host (the agency was available also on weekend to fix a problem with the TV set)

In this season (February) the Sun never reaches the terrace.

some room/furniture items need to be replaced, or repaired. the bed mattress are covered with few bed sheets, but one of it made from plastic! :/

Very calm and green location Big terrace on ground floor with garden and ocean view behind. You can hear the ocean just right :D Not too noisy, but dimmed. The space of open kitchen, living room and terrace was just very relaxing place to be in.

Apartment is facing the ocean/north, thus sun didn't get inside and the apartment was a bit cold. Space around the top terrace pool was a bit tight. There was place just for 11 loungers around the pool

It was easy to contact the host and information provided was very clear. However the automatic confirmation sent by Booking platform indicated a wrong address of the property which may lead to confusion.

Very nice location, close to the city center, around 20 mins walking. Amazing view from the tarrace and the swimming pool on the roof. Apartment was spacious - two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. Towels and bed linien were included. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, pots and appliances like kettle or lemon squeezer. We had enough toilet paper and dishwasher tabbletts, which is usually the problem. Here - perfect! The owner was nice and let us in, also fixed our internet within a day.

For a longer stay more towels would be nice. Also the phone reception and internet was weak in the bedrooms. Maybe more light in the bathroom. The walls are thin and the neighours sometimes noisy, but that's not something the owner has an influence on.
