The mattress on one of the sides, the springs were already bad, you can hear the springs popping. The room needs a microwave. They have the AC under a table and added like a funnel for the air to come up over the table and that funnel make the AC really loud, I have seen other reviews about it and all the plugs are on one side of the room, nothing on the other side, for example on the other side of the bed, you can't charge your electronics.

I liked the location. It was very close to the venue we were attending. The room was very nice and comfy, and the air conditioner was great

The carpet at the beginning of the room didn’t have a sponge underneath, so it felt hard because it was in direct contact with cement floor

The charge me twice. Once by booking and the otero oye on me créditos card

Parking is convenient, Staff is great, breakfast is delicious, building and rooms are clean. This is our second time staying here. This time the AC did not blow as cold, and fridge was not cooling. Maintenance rushed and brought us another working fridge. I wish they had a microwave in the room and better showers.Over all our stay was great.

No microwave in the bedrooms. Water goes outside the shower and floor gets very slippery. Showers are dangerous.
