The only thing I liked from this place was the location, not so in the airport area, in a shopping center and close to main highways. The shopping center location bothered me right away. Distance from parking and hotel entrance is a nightmare, no signs, get there asking.

Avoid yourself the bad experience of this place. Not a clean place and not AC. 1. First and foremost the AC wasn't working. After asking front desk for a solution or change of room they brought in a noisy fan, not good for a hot and dry summer with temperatures over 90°F degrees, a 5 month pregnant wife and a 3 year old toddler in a very warm room. 2. All carpets and flooring from lobby, halls and rooms had very visible stains of all sizes and mildew smell in different areas as you walk through the hotel. Being next to loud night clubs and bars is very likely to have old stains from drinks splits (or vomit) all over the place, not sure but very gross. 3. Only 1 tower was provided in the room, seriously? 4. Bathroom had stains and adult hair all over the shower and sink areas. Very disgusting. 5. Three of the room outlets were not working. Had to search one by one to be able to charge our phones. 6. Ironing table was broken. Getting our dress clothes ready for an event that night was a nightmare. After a terrible first day we did check out and moved to Ramada Encore, completely different experience and life saver. NH hotel disappointed us completely. We laughed at NH fits as "Not Here", a preliminary sign, to avoid this place in the future.

My room was very close to the food court of the shopping center which was very noisy until late in the night.

I always like to stay in NH hotels because the services, centric, service of shuttle or they arrange for me transportation anytime I need it and because is clean.

-My room was ready until 3:00 pm!! I was so tired and I had to wait 5 hours!!! and the staff never offer me anything some perk, or something. I never in all the NH where I stayed I had to wait until 3:00pm for a room. What a shame. -The room key(or card) doesn't always works, Every day we had to go to reception and asked fix the card, and the next day the same... - When I decided pay for the breakfast, I wanted to go to my room with food, and the staff was annoyed because they thought I stole the food and they check the amount of food. Was terrible that. Still NH is my favorite hotels and my next vacations Im going to book again in a NH hotels.

It is conveniently located at a shopping mall with a variety of shopping options and restaurants.

The service is good but you have to be patience, staff made several mistakes over my stay.

The hotel is located in a shopping and dining area that turns into bars and clubs at night, so I it get very noisy until 2am.
