Breakfast was really good.

The installations are old, bedrooms are in poor state. The curtains were torn and dirty. TV was at least 15 years old, not a lot of channels. Almost all of them were in Spanish. Not friendly for English speaking people. Only one working elevator. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to get down to the lobby. Bedding and towels were old and uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent location in Valle Oriente and besides a park. Functional and practical hotel with a pool.

The hotel needs maintenance.

-On nous avait dit que nous aurions une chambre côté parc, mais ça n’a pas été le cas -Il manquait des serviettes de toilette -Le mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas -Buffet petit-déjeuner du 25 décembre presque vide et sale, personnel en sous-effectif débordé et pas aimable, limite grossier (nous sommes donc partis) Nous sommes habitués à séjourner dans cet hôtel mais pas sûr que nous reviendrons.

I had to request more than twice to refill the shower gel and shampoo, because they were empty when I first arrived to the room. Curtains were very dusty

Good location. Good wifi. Clean. Front desk had a quick respond when the a/c failed. They gave us a Crib for our baby but even though I was asked for a crib when I reserved the room they didn’t have the crib ready when we arrived.

Rooms are not like photos and the a/c is very old. Also TV is very small and old (doesn’t have netflix or other apps). Bathrooms are extremely old. Towels were always stained, no matter the day.

Breakfast and location of hotel was ok. The lobby was modern and refurbished.

From tree elevators only one was working, the other two were out of service months ago. Several times we have to use the service elevator. At the beginning of our stay the water from the shower had bad smell and the water from the toilet was not clear, do not know why...my room didn't have coffee machine (I had to ask for one) and it didn't have a fridge.

The rooms smells like years of cigarette smoke masked with paint and so do all the towels and linens. The lobby looks new but the rest is from the 1980s never renovated. The breakfast was not good

Old bathroom and the shower head did not have enough pressure. Asked the to fix it twice and nothing happened.

Nothing. They charged my card even when the reservation indicated that there was no prepaid charges before arriving and a week frrom checking out, I still don´t have the money in my account and since this hotel is so bad I left a day earlier and the same thing, they needed to retun money to my credt card and still nothing.

The rooms and the furniture need some replacement, they are getting old. The room felt like it was not cleaned very well, there were some stains in the furniture, in some places sticky and moldy. The TV screen is small and had very few channels and half of them the image was really bad. You can barely shower with the amount of water that comes out of it. The breakfast is acceptable but the quality of the restaurant is not very good. The location is not bad but there is almost no sidewalk in any of the streets so you can´t go anywhere walking, be carefull if you are going to a conference or meeting near by, you are going to take a cab even for a couple of blocks.

The hotel is pretty old and really needs the a renovation. Some towels were missed from day to day after room cleaning. Waiters in the restaurant don’t speak English.

Check in took very long time Could get a beer at the bar but no food. But room service was available. Why no food in the bar? Next evening the bar was closed before 10pm even when sitting many people in there. Not even a drink served. Very unfriendly behavior! The lobby looks modern but sitting at a kind of desk to wait for a colleague there?! Uncomfortable! Mirror light makes you not seeing much!
