Laundromat next door. Great restaurant in house. Friendly staff.

No air con in room for cooling.

Located in main street was about the only positive.

Very old and run down, requested ground level due to mobility, and was given room upstairs, no staff available at all.

The room was warm when we arrived, heating was great in Tassie winter. Room service was sparkling clean,.excellent job. Superb location, literally only steps away from anything.

The flimsy and cold, wet shower curtain sticking to you when in the narrow shower space. Nothing fits, not a cup, a kettle, not a palm fits under the tap in the new impractical washbasin design.

Value for $

This motel was convenient to the town centre. An easy walk to find a place for a meal and also the Queenstown railway. IGA is across the road.

Quite a dated room. Needs some TLC. The colour scheme was yuck! Pale pink walls, pale blue walls with dark green or bright pink trims. Looks like they just used whatever left over paint they had. The tap in the bathroom leaked. Didn’t see any staff, so can’t comment on them,as the office seemed to be unmanned most of the time.

The location (right across from IGA) and the heater was on when we arrived. Very inviting. enough room for 2

shower and basin tap leaked consistently. not sure the smoke alarm worked as the light was not flashing.

Very handy position close in town.Supermarket across the road. Good for if your on budget.Staff was very helpful.

Restaurant food was altille dear and could be better.
