Location was great. Close to town.
The lock in the nearest toilet didn't work. As it were shared facilities that was not ideal.
The remote of the heather didn't work so I had to climb up the bed to regulate it. Not good in a safety point of view.

The room was covered in dog hair. Even inside the pillow cases had dog hair present! The globe was missing from the lamp and I don't think the lock on the door was working. We left and stayed elsewhere.

Good place to stop for an overnight stay before continuing on a road trip.
The shared bathroom facilities were in good condition and very clean.
Kettle is available in the room for tea and coffee.
The rooms had the bare minimum and did feel a little like prison cells rather than motel rooms, but they did the job. Unfortunately there is no bar fridge, but as we were traveling in winter we left our esky in the car and everything stayed ice cold anyway.

Bed was good. Staff were pleasant. Room was adequate and very clean. Toilet and shower were clean, but the shower tap was broken and almost impossible to use. The heater was only partially working. Easy parking and central to food and petrol. Had tea, coffee etc.
Shower and heater weren't working properly. Room was fine if you just wanted to sleep. A little small for spending too much time in.

No Wi-Fi connection, should be next to TV. We had no normal connection due to Queenstowns location in the surrounding mountains. Also we had No 1 room which was too close to traffic eg trucks, tried to change , reception closed too early

As a solo traveler it was so much appreciated that you can book a single room. The room offers all you need for a place to sleep. It was very clean and everything was there. There was sufficient coffee/tea, even a cookie, the kettle clean, towels in place. I have stayed at places where they ask top dollars and then there’s always something missing. Staff was lovely and check in very easy.
The location is perfect. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was, but it being a Tuesday evening in Winter will have contributed to that.
The heater is a little noisy, but that’s really all I can think of. The room is dated, but to me that really doesn’t matter.

Easy to park right outside room. Quick check in. Very clean room and bathroom. Provided sink in room with kettle, tea, coffee and milk. Also tea towel which was good touch. It’s value for money and what we expected for the low price. Functional.
A couple of the furnishings were a bit tired eg the bedside table and the tube light bulb which took 5 mins to turn on. Not noise insulated and could hear someone else’s music/tv on all night, but it didn’t stop us sleeping.

It was easy to find in such a small town
The bedroom door was jammed into the frame so that it took a heaving push to open it once unlocked. The walls are cinderblock and the sound travels easily through the walls. There were tea and coffee facilities but no milk was provided.
The toilet door could not be locked, which is rather atrocious in a hotel with a shared bathroom and toilet facilities.

Had to slam door to close could hear next door snoring and everyone who used shower. Kettle had green corrosion on element. Besides that room was clean and bed comfortable

we found the room clear and comfortable. The big down side for us was no toaster, considering that the hotel was not offering any food what so ever. This made staying here less enjoyable and convenient.
A $20.00 toaster would make all the difference and perhaps consider a small microwave as so many other places have done.

It’s really close to Queenstown Railway Station,and the biscuits they provide was good.
I stayed in the single room and it didn’t look like the same room from the picture and there was no wifi.
