As a solo traveler it was so much appreciated that you can book a single room. The room offers all you need for a place to sleep. It was very clean and everything was there. There was sufficient coffee/tea, even a cookie, the kettle clean, towels in place. I have stayed at places where they ask top dollars and then there’s always something missing. Staff was lovely and check in very easy. The location is perfect. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was, but it being a Tuesday evening in Winter will have contributed to that.

The heater is a little noisy, but that’s really all I can think of. The room is dated, but to me that really doesn’t matter.

Easy to park right outside room. Quick check in. Very clean room and bathroom. Provided sink in room with kettle, tea, coffee and milk. Also tea towel which was good touch. It’s value for money and what we expected for the low price. Functional.

A couple of the furnishings were a bit tired eg the bedside table and the tube light bulb which took 5 mins to turn on. Not noise insulated and could hear someone else’s music/tv on all night, but it didn’t stop us sleeping.

It was easy to find in such a small town

The bedroom door was jammed into the frame so that it took a heaving push to open it once unlocked. The walls are cinderblock and the sound travels easily through the walls. There were tea and coffee facilities but no milk was provided. The toilet door could not be locked, which is rather atrocious in a hotel with a shared bathroom and toilet facilities.

-No Wi-Fi -Room looked like a prison cell! extremely basic, cinder block walls, tiniest window at roof of room…

Had to slam door to close could hear next door snoring and everyone who used shower. Kettle had green corrosion on element. Besides that room was clean and bed comfortable

we found the room clear and comfortable. The big down side for us was no toaster, considering that the hotel was not offering any food what so ever. This made staying here less enjoyable and convenient.

A $20.00 toaster would make all the difference and perhaps consider a small microwave as so many other places have done.

Small room , no window, no fridge , no TV and I had to put my shoulder to the door to open it Stayed in similar priced motels elsewhere in the state and had all the above faciities

It’s really close to Queenstown Railway Station,and the biscuits they provide was good.

I stayed in the single room and it didn’t look like the same room from the picture and there was no wifi.

Good value and friendly staff.

No complaints. Suited my needs well.
