Excellent restaurant, convenient location, comfortable bed
Cold tap in shower very hard to turn on, then impossible to stop running.

Rooms were not great
The staff made me so uncomfortable, completely ruined my stay in Queenstown. I have never left a bad review before, but I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Even accused me of having animals in my room and then told me to “get out” when I denied the claim.

The staff are lovely, having the restaurant onsite is convenient, and the location is good.
The motel is getting dated now and for the price really needs a freshen up and some creature comforts like reverse cycle aircon in the rooms.

Felt like an old mountain lodge. The view is amazing!
Small bathroom. Nowhere for toiletries. No soap holder or shelf in the shower.

Exceptionally comfortable bed and quality linen.
Toilet/bathrom constantly damp with no exhaust fan and mould.
Likewise the guest washing machine seal also contained mould..

Well-located on the edge of an intriguing town, Easy to find and access . The motel room was adequate or better in almost every regard - less so if you wanted to prepare snacks

It was clean.
Room was actually cabins which are more like temporary types. Furniture is very old (probably decades). Pictures are of new building while we were given the old rooms. Ideally pictures should be of all rooms so that decision can be made based on actual facts.if I had known, I wouldn't have booked it. I didn't faced any issue but I wouldn't stay even for free if I knew about actual rooms pictures. Never booking this place again.

The location was close and walkable to the main part of town, the room was clean and bed comfortable.
The whole facility requires a complete makeover, the rooms were in need of upgrading especially the bathroom.

The location was simple but tidy. The facilities were a bit dated but everything worked. Food at the restaurant tasted nice and staff were very friendly.
Dinner service was quite slow and took an hour and a half to arrive.
