I loved the ambience of the resort…rustic luxury. Set in beautiful tropical vegetation with meandering walkways connecting guest pavilions, dining room/patio, reception, and swimming pool. My room was beautifully maintained with all modern amenities. Management and staff were friendly and helpful, efficiently arranging my safari and my onward car to the Rajkot airport. Short drive to the national park lion safari entrance.

While both the guest and public rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained, the swimming pool was too dirty to use…unless you’re willing to swim amidst tree debris and big tropical leaves which largely covered the surface.

property very nice and provide a feeling of staying in forest. Restrurent have many choice and restrurent people always looking for best service they can provide. all together very loving nature view and comfortable stay

villas are far from main restaurant so they should provide more bottle of water or bigger bottle for 2 people

The ambience, the library,the films on nature , children's activities. Excellent food and spread. Very friendly staff attending to us and making our stay memorable.

Everthing was fine. Wifi infrastructure needs to be improved.

Nice location, courteous staff (all of them, Anindita worth a mention) evening programs were enjoyable.

cottages located too near to each other, no privacy, can hear people talk from adjacent cottage. bathrooms can be cleaner, they were smelly from drainage gas release inside.

Nice hotel attentive staff..but rooms do seem a little dated..attentive staff at the restaurant...

The place was under renovation.Should not have been open to public. All we could hear was the sound of banging and drill machine. There was construction labour crawling all around the property,as we stepped out of the room there were wires and construction equipment as the electrician was installing new lamp post. The swimming pool was un-usable as a gazebo was being set up and the dust was floating on the surface. The Spa had zero ambiance. The only saving grace was the masseuse was excellent and the food and restaurant staff was good. But as soon as breakfast was over the construction labour took over,so if you wanted to sit,relax and have a cup of coffee,you had no place to go.

The walking passage to room is absolutely 💯 humbug... I fell down very badly n got injured on both 😞 knees and elbow 😢 with my Mobile...Goggles... n.. expensive Camera 📷

The Booking.com team should note: As I canceled my two rooms booking before 72 hours.. as accompanying Two ladies developed their personal problems n.. was not with us.. hotel management was not believing n.. charged full amount on my Credit Card before we checked-in... This is absolutely cheating case... n we two refused to check-in At hotel Ferns n sat there in protest with our luggage 🧳 etc. after long travels... Booking.com should avoid to insert CVC before passengers checking in any hotels... Please note I Gujarat these remote areas hotel don't have courtesy to follow Booking.com principles to consider n... believing pax requests.. Please confirm n.. reply
