the location

It was absolutely disgustingly dirty , filthy . The apartment had a stench to it and every surface was covered in dirt. The beds where old and needed to be replaced, half the furniture was broken and the only couch in the apartment had more body fluid stains than a crime scene. The tv did not work when we arrived and their was no cleaning chemicals provided . A spider in every corner and crevice. Apartment 12 river view looked like a hostel , between the three rooms there where 8 single beds all spread out ready for an orgy.

Beautiful location, absolutely enjoyed staying there a lot. The building is super beautiful and right in the middle of Prague next to the river and the famous "dancing house". We were surprised at how close it was to everything and found it incredibly convenient. Also had a nice stay and the beds were comfortable. We didn't feel like it was cramped or anything. Toilet and bathroom were luckily separate and were clean and comfortable.

It was a gigantic shame that the furniture in the apartment was very rundown and creaky. We booked for 8 people and there weren't enough chairs for all of us because some of the chairs were straight up falling apart or broken. The couches were also in very poor condition. Also confused at the lack of kitchen utensils, pans, etc, especially for something advertised for large groups. If they invested in some better furniture and amenities this would be a 10/10 accommodation. As it stands: Could be improved in some important ways.

Great size for a family

This was a fantastic place to stay. Staff were very helpful. Location was great overlooking the river. The place was spotlessly clean and the rooms were so comfortable.

key pick up was 20 minute walk away from the apartment.

We had to obtain the key from a different location which waisted so much of our time. Then after check out we went to the same location to return the key but they said you have to go back to the property to get the 200Eur deposit back. This again waisted lot of time and energy. There could have been a better way of managing all this.

The location is excellent to explore the city, and per se it's a nice apartment.

The apartment was not very clean, especially the floors, and as we have small kids we asked if the floors could be cleaned. This was denied, and they were not even ready to provide us with the material so we could clean the floors ourselves. In addition, one electrical socket was open without cover, and we asked for this to be covered as this is very dangerous with small kids. We were promised somebody would come to fix it, but it never happened during our stay.

The flat was pretty dirty, dust underneath all beds, the WC lid was broken, as well as the toaster (flames came out when you switch it on). They also made us sign a sheet in which they informed you wasn’t allowed to make parties or noise beyond 10:30, but the flat above us was hosting a party with people up and down the staircase and when we call them to notify about the problem, they invited us to call the police…

- We were 4 people, the rooms were big and we had like 5-6 single beds which is very nice. They were very comfortable. - The building is quiet, seems like all of the apartments in it are rented to tourists. - Location is excellent with a nice view to wake up to in the morning.

- Wifi was horrible. If you stay at this place, better get a data plan. - If you want clean towels, they ask for a 15 EUR fee to bring them to you. - You have to pay a 200 EUR deposit when you arrive. It took some time to get the refund after our checkout but overall there were no issues with it.

Good price for a large apartment near the centre of the city (1.3km from the Charles Bridge). The staff very helpful and they respond immediately if you write them for any advice.

The apartment is a bit old. A little bit dirty but I had already read it in the reviews so It wasn't a problem for us. Wifi didn't work very well.

Wifi is a bit weak but the appartment with a fantastic view on Vltatva is great !

Excellent location and spacious apartment
