They were so kind and flexible in allowing us early entry into our room. The new pool is fabulous. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Room was a bit musty on arrival and we didn’t get the room we thought when we booked on booking.com. Staff in the main were helpful and dinner at nu nu was excellent

Loved the room space, wonderfully friendly and highly professional staff, excellent follow up to our concerns, view outside, Nu Nu Restaurant, loved the complimentary sparkling wine and mineral water, location.
We are thoroughly impressed by the immediate follow up and gracious reimbursement offer provided by the General Manager Kylee once we raised our concern about the noisy environment. Not only did he redirect the workers to another site, he actioned a reimbursement of one night with booking.com. Most impressive Kylee.
Unfortunately our holiday was initially marred by the construction work going on directly outside our room which caused substantial inconvenience.
However once we raised our concern with the General Manager Kylee, he not only redirected all of the construction work to an alternative site but graciously arranged reimbursement of the first day (during which the inconvenience occurred.
Other than that, there was nothing to fault as all of the staff from cleaner to receptionists to the General Manager were extremely friendly and supportive.

Stairs to accomodation were a bit tricky to manoeuvre luggage.

Plenty of space in our unit for two people. Loved the private outdoor space. Had an issue with our room keys in our last night and staff were very helpful and quick to solve the problem.
The couch and single chairs in the living room are not very comfortable. The long built in couch was awkward for watching tv and the single chairs were stiff and not relaxing.

The location is stunning, the hotel and grounds beautifully maintained. The staff are exceptionally attentive and will do anything to help. Lovely touch the glass of champagne on arrival. Our Suite (33) on the second level was stunning. We also loved the adults only pool. Been stung by 'unsupervised' children at a number of top hotels!
Only a small thing but maybe an brochure to the suite - how to use the appliances - it was a bit hit or miss to start with - but we worked it out and eventually found some manuals in a bottom draw. Fortunately these days you can just look things up on line!

Great location with beach views. Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants. 3 pools to choose from. Short 5 min drive to supermarket

The rooms facing the ocean were beautiful and we spent most of our time in the adult only pool. Checkin and checkout were very quick and the reception staff - especially Jo - were very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

We loved our room, the location right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The room was excellent a few maintenance issues but we loved it.
Didn't realise we had to use stairs to our room but we were not put off by this but didn't know until we got there.

Wish the adults only pool was heated as it can get chilly beachside
NuNu restaurant was a huge disappointment. One hour into breakfast and most items were unavailable. Took an hour to get 2 coffees and a banana bread. The staff had no interest in checking to see if we needed any help with the menu or wanted anything else. Completely uninterested. Being an onsite restaurant attached to a 5 star hotel the experience detracts from an otherwise fantastic stay
