We arrived quite late here and only stayed for a night as we were taking a flight from PE early next morning. However, the room was very nice as was the owner☺️

Lovely owners and staff, always helpful and super friendly, taking good care of the guests.

Breakfast was fantastic! The owners and staff are very nice and attentive to guests' needs. I only stayed 1 night but would stay there again if in the area.

Lovely welcome from the owner Josephine. She showed us the beautiful property and our accommodation. The interior is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We rented the 2-bedroom suite and it was spacious, private and clean, with French doors opening up to the pool deck. Breakfast was plenty and beautifully presented. A continental breakfast is offered along with several home-cooked options. Josephine was so kind to let us check out in the late afternoon so that we could sleep in, relax, and prepare for our 30 hour trip back home to the US. Admiralty Beach House was the perfect ending to an amazing vacation in South Africa!

Lovely place! The garden, the rooms, the breakfast - all was better that expected. The host family and stuff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed!

The location was great, very close to the beach and the promenade. The restaurant's are close by, but also a garage with take away facilities, Steers and Mugg and Bean were across the road, which was really nice to have. The Guesthouse has a range of options for eating arrangements, both inside and outside by the pool, which was really great for breakfast.
On looking at the Guesthouse on Booking.com it indicated that supper was available and that TV screens were provided in the rooms. What was not apparent is that supper is only provided by prior arrangement and only the suites offer DSTV. As I had stopped over to watch the rugby, that was a problem, as the room I had booked only offered open view service. This needs to be made more transparent on the App. Mobasa was an absolute star and arranged for me to get a suite to watch the rugby at no additional cost. This really turned around the whole stay and he really went the extra mile withhis helpfulness and service. Stellar.
