TV not work at all.. but compensated satisfactory

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, modern, warm and clean.

The apartment complex is nothing special from the outside, but we were very pleased with the apartment itself. Minor things - the pillows were a bit too thick, and the cooktop took ages to heat up.

Lovely clean spacious apartment which was quiet and had the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in. Kids also used the small pool and hot tub

It was fantastic , tiny point but kitchen was made for very tall people with cupboards very high and hard to reach most things !

The location was great. Nice & quiet. Beautiful and clean. Home away from home. Great having the laundry facilities and having plenty of everything. Short walk to the springs.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd (top) floor. Craig at Reception was really accommodating and checked us in early, showed us to the apartment and provided us with extra towels for the pool. We were very happy that our request not to be on the ground floor was met. This way we used the balcony in the evening to have a drink and enjoy the mountain views. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. There is a washing machine and washing powder which was very helpful as we washed our towels.

There seems to be a shortage of staff as our apartment was not serviced on any of the days even though we had left "Service please" sign on the door. One of the days there was nobody at Reception until 2 pm. When we called the number provided, we could hear it ringing in the Reception office (which was locked and empty).

Great Location in Hanmer Springs. Just down the road from the center of the town and also close to the Hanmer Thermal Pools/Spa center. Front office staff helpful and were on hand if needed anything. We got a local map from the front desk to see what walking trails were about as we did do the Sculpture walk in the Hanmer Springs Forest a short drive away.
