good property and clean, well organized

everything was ok, however it‘s a pretty standard hotel for quite a premium prize. breakfast also not included considering that close by are rarely breakfast options, some brunch places opening at 12 only …

The overall impression is good. Nice rooms, location is beautiful, directly on the lake and harbor. We had lovely room with balcony. Room was clean, they have a pillow service if you need more or other pillows.

As so often with the Fletcher hotels, it's in the details. Nobody had time to put the pillows from the seat on balcony away during the rain? All pillows were soaking wet and moss was growing on them, so it was not just forgotten once. Shutters in room partly broken. It's these details that make the difference between good and great stay.

I didn’t like only that the money was withdrawn from the card earlier, although the payment terms were in place.

Everything was perfect. Great location. Great staff. Plenty of restaurants. Parking is in front of the hotel.

fault motor in air conditioning on adjacent balcon meant I only managed 2hrs sleep. reception could not off solution so I had to get dressed and climb out on the balcony, open the air conditioner to trace the wiring for the compressor and disconnect myself.

Location was excellent, better than expected. This area has a lot to offer. Wonderful cycling tours around the Gooimeer, discovering heathlands, water sports etc.

The drain of the sink in the hotel room was unfortunately blocked so we could not use it properly.

Abrupt restaurant manager due to lack of communication when requesting to book a table. Room was not serviced on second night, and after telling the reception desk we did get some dry towels but no other cleaning was done.

Loved the location, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away.

Very nice location, breakfast was also quite good. The room overlooking the marina was a strong plus point.

A bit more effort on the cleaning side would have done no harm - for example - there were spider nets in some one of the corners - on around 1.5 meters height from ground - I.e. not at the ceiling level. The breakfast was also not cheap ( but with a good variety I must admit).

Beautiful location

The location is very nice. Many restaurants near the hotel. We cycled a lot near the hotel and it is beautiful over there.

The (double) beds have two single mattresses and that's not very comfortable. They tend to slide off the frame.

Lovely location and nice room

The staff were not trained. They were young and pleasant but did not know how to do anything. For instance, the safe in the room was in a locked position. When this has happened at other hotels, someone comes to the room instantly to sort it out but they kept us waiting whilst a staff member walked to another location to find out from someone else what to do. This is routine and staff should have the training or instructions to do this. On the firs tnight, people in a bar outside our window were rowdy after midnight. We called to complain and the desk said there was nothing they could do as the bar was not owned by them. On both occasions I asked for the manager but the manager did not ever seem to be present. Also asked for room service pizza but was told kitchen closed for refurb although no indication of this when booking. When you are paying 150 Euro per night, you expect prompt, good service.
