Una suite estupenda para 4 adultos, con un baño bien renovado y terraza. Camas comodísimas. Memorable desayuno con pasteles caseros (qué rica la tarta de frambuesa), un plus en un país en el que es muy difícil desayunar. Es un negocio familiar y los dueños son encantadores. Merece la pena la ciudad y el hotel.

There are many, many steps up to the hotel from the main shopping street. If you are fit or a mountain climber it's good for you. Also good for giving your legs a workout. The elderly man who greeted us was pleasant.

Avoid this place!!! We were shown to our room by a nice lady. When we said that we had booked a room with a bath she said they were having renovations. We specifically asked for a room with a bath and booked it as such. She apologised and assured us that no money would be taken for their mistake and that she would help us find another hotel nearby, one with a bath. She then left the room as my partner was starting a search on this website. A couple of minutes later a really aggressive man burst into the room, shouting and saying the room has a shower and it is a bath. We said " No, we booked a room with a bath, not a shower." At this point he got even louder. We showed him the booking on booking.com and then he went crazy, grabbed our bags and coats and threw them out of the room screaming at us to leave. We left the place in shock. The hotel marked us as not arriving and we contacted booking.com about this terrible experience. As the hotel cancelled our stay we would not have been allowed to write this review but the help staff at booking.com were amazing and reopened the booking so I could write this review. We were told we could even apply for compensation from the hotel for this behaviour. I'm still thinking about this. An awful experience, avoid this place if it helps support and condones this kind of behaviour.

Семейный отель на 6 номеров на тихой улочке рядом с главной (3 минуты по лестницам). Навигатор привел без проблем. Нет проблем с парковкой, хозяин показал место и помог поставить машину. Номер, конечно, скромненький - но чистый. На завтрак выпечка от хозяйки - это чудесно! Большое спасибо!

Трехместный номер с террасой выбрал из-за слова "терраса". Это была ошибка. Шикарный вид на соседскую стенку с небольшого наружного пятачка. Но описание правильное - это не совсем балкон :)

Personalul este foarte amabil, mic dejun bun, cu foarte multe dulciuri (torturi, plăcinte, prăjituri). Locația e foarte bună, în zonă liniștită, fără circulație la intrarea în centrul vechi al orașului. Recomand!

Singurul minus este lipsa unui mop la baie pentru a șterge apa de la duș întrucât nu sunt perdele sau pereți de sticlă.

Very clean rooms , host super nice, and breakfast in the garden was amazing. Homemade food, and lots of cakes, can't ask for more.

The pillows were too full/ hard, so I didn't used them.

A family run hotel, very nice and helpful people, nice breakfast. We recommend the room for a family with children, as it has a large bed, a small one and a sofa. Very good location, in the center of the city, close to many restaurants and still quiet during the night.

They had a problem with the air conditioning in the breakfast area, while it was very hot outside.

Beautiful hotel in the best part of Veliko with beautiful balconies, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast
