It is bit noisy and too close to next building. Hard to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was limited

We had an excellent one night stay here. We were sad to not have more time in this gorgeous and spacious room! The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. We had an early check out the next morning and the lady working in the kitchen / at the desk went above and beyond in proving us with a takeaway brekkie. They were also very helpful with providing updates on the weather and answering other questions. Private parking out the back made it easy with our car and the boot warmer available downstairs was a life saver when drying our wet hiking boots. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff were truly friendly and helpful.

Low ceiling in the hallway and toilet. I hit my head twice, but everything went well, I had no injuries.

the refurbished suites were very good. the staff are lovely and location to walk into town was very good

the owner was very rude and miserable each morning at breakfast. he also shouted at my wife who called the reception number at 10pm to get a spare key card to our children’s room. he claimed it was only for emergency’s and when challenged told her to shut up! the proximity to two main roads, meant that it was very noisy last thing at night and from about 5am with lorries and traffic passing. this was worse at lower floors to the front (where our kids were) and not so bad on the 2nd floor.

Stuff was so friendly and helpful. Apartment was so sweet and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone, from fruit to gluten-free products. To city centre you need 5 minutes walk and to all ski areas max. 10-15 minutes by car. I would recommend this place to everyone! We will also come back.
