location really good , right in the city center , close to all the amenities

the hotel is so dated is insane , it’s like if it was stuck in the 60’s . tv so small , the carpet in the room must be 40 years old , everything cheap and old . The food for breakfast was of the worst quality ever . litterally everything so cheap is insane, I can’t believe this is a 4 stars hotel . i stayed in 2 stars hotel where quality was much much higher , honestly I am shocked . some of the staff are kind and some are just careless . we had half board but we didn’t dare eating there for dinner because breakfasts was so bad that we didn’t want to try their dinner . overall a very very bad experience considering that you pay 500 euro per night is an absolute joke even for cortina standards . this hotel is worth 60 euro per night , like a hostel and I am not even exaggerating.

Globally speaking the hotel was ok, the staff was ok, the location is along the main road so it might get noisy if you have a room looking over it.

The breakfast was a little under standard for a 4 star hotel.

Dated furniture and bath - not my style… Breakfast should have been richer at a 4 stars’ hotel. You pay for your drink in the evening if you opt for half-board. Cold room even in August sometimes

It was quite nice, old-fashioned hotel with good location. We liked the vast lobby area with sofas, as we needed to spend some time there waiting. They also let us keep the room a bit longer.

Our room was on the ground floor with parking view - small and expensive (but it was high season..) Breakfast food was not very fresh. Some of the staff not so friendly.

I wish I had a little more vegetables for breakfast

Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Location was good, close to shops and restaurants, walk to chairlifts. Need taxi to station if traveling by coach. The woman in reception was fabulous, sadly can’t remember her name.

Elegant and traditional, great location, good sized parking area, amazing breakfast, excellent value for money. The staff were perfect, really friendly and helpful. I loved the personal touch in my room. I had biscuits and a note after hiking all day. They also gave us chocolat in the evening with the next day’s weather and astrology prediction, which I enjoyed a lot, that was quite fun to read. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location - on foot to the city center, free parking, enough facilities in the room, every day cleaning the room and Excellent food for dnner. ,

The rooms with the view to the Tofana are a little noisy - The cars on the main route and the restaurant next door The breakfast can be more diverse

Very close to everything in town. The staff and bar were excellent.

We opted for half board which was a mistake in hindsight. The food was variable, some nights were very good others were difficult to swallow. On our last night my husband got food poisoning from the fish that he ate in the hotel which made us miss our flight so we had to pay a lot of extra money for new flight and the car hire.
