Location is very good

Staff are the reception not very friendly. I read in booking that parking at the hotel was 30 per night when i arrived the receptionist informed was Eur 40 per night. So left car on the public parking

Well located for the slopes. The breakfast was good, although service was a little slow. The room was comfortable and a good size.

The decor was rather tired, the hotel was quite expensive for what it was. The car parking was expensive 40 Euros per day. The reception staff were not particularly helpful.

tired decor & dated style, very in need of renovation. charged significantly more for ‘superior’ room which proved to mean exactly same room but facing front ‘mountain view’ which meant looking straight at neighbouring hotel! don’t waste the money. 2 x friends in same group each allocated same for classic price… & theirs had better views!! ludicrous room allocation.

Very basic.... Did not know until last day that cooked food was available. For the cost of the hotel expected better. Hotel was in great location and staff were great but hotel was tired and in need of facelift. Not sure how 4 stars. No bar in rooms , no water other than on arrival. Gym very basic. Was expensive for what it was. Suppose paying for location

All the staff was amazing in every area and the location was excellent.

The furnishings were dated and worn out. There is no ice machine on the floors or coffee pots in the rooms.
