An exceptional location complemented by decent rooms and breakfast. The highlight was the excellent bar on the 19th floor, where the bartender delighted us with off-menu cocktails.

Das Zimmer war gross sauber und geräumig. Auch die Badewanne hatte eine ausreichende Größe für Europäer.

Am Frühstück gab es nur begrenzt Platz an zwei Tagen musste ich zu lange Warten, dass ich nicht im Hotel frühstücken konnte und Zusatzleistungen hatte. Das Hotel wollte mir zwar das Geld zurück erstatten geht aber angeblich wegen Booking nicht.

Dieses Hotel grenzt an den Bahn- und OeV-Knotenpunkt Shin-Osaka. Weil dieses moderne Gebäude erdbebensicher gebaut ist, sind die Wände massiv, so dass es beim Schlafen keine Störfaktoren gibt. Der Schlafkomfort war einwandfrei. Wir hatten im 18. Geschoss das sehr saubere Zimmer 1801 mit Zutritt zur Executive Lounge. Dort können am Abend hoch über Shin-Osaka mit Panoramablick Snacks und alkoholische Getränke kostenlos konsumiert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zwar sind es zum Bahnhof Shin-Osaka und zur U-Bahn nur wenige Schritte, aber der Zugang zum Hotel erfolgt ungeschützt über eine Rampe im Freien. Wir erreichten dieses bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich durchnässt.

Suuuuper easy to access the Shinkansen which was our primary purpose for this trip. It’s like a 2 minutes walk from outside the station. So it’s great if you intend to not stay too long in Osaka and want to transfer to other big cities or the Kansai airport. Yet it’s not too far from the interesting neighborhoods of Osaka. Just a 20 minutes metro ride. The room was very nice and clean, the staff spoke excellent English and was able to help us book a restaurant in town as well. There’s also room service and 2 restaurants in the hotel itself, which is convenient if you arrive late and are too lazy to go out for dinner again!

Had the set lunch. Was very good...very central location...only no shelter when it rains...unless u take lift to ground level and walk a different sheltered way in to the station.....if not, everyone takes the shortest route by the open air path to shin osaka station..

Comfortable, even with 3 beds in a room. Great location if you need the Shinkansen and JR lines. Staff were accommodating and had decent English proficiency. Free water and daily housekeeping (something not always available in Japan!)

The absolute best place to stay in Osaka. Right night door to Shin Osaka station allowing you to be anywhere in no time! 15 mins directly to Kyoto or 8 mins directly to Osaka. Beautiful hotel, fantastic breakfast. Could not fault!

Location is next to the shinkansen station but you'll have to take train to get to anywhere else that's interesting to a tourist. Other than that it's a great hotel

Good location and very close to the JR train station. Easy to move around and transit from Shin-osaka to Osaka station. Excellent front desk service and very friendly staff.

Just a bit of difficulty finding the hotel from the train station. There's no sign at Shin-Osaka station to show the location of the hotel. Hopefully the management can do something to improve this.
