we were apprehensive at first due to the reviews we had read but we didn’t need to worry once we got here and we’re greeted by happy friendly staff that helped us with transport and tours we were soon put at ease! yes this hotel is under maintenance works for improvement! the pier for railey beach was 15minute walk and there are small shops along the way for water and snacks! the first night turned left at the end of the road and ate at one of the restaurants on the road and was wonderful also highly recommend the food vendors outside 7/11! second night we turned right and came to a stunning restaurant on the seafront a real hidden gem! you do have to walk to these places and like much of Thailand there aren’t paths! this hotel is perfect for quiet stay but close to ao nang and railey and many more for day / night trips! the views from the pool and balcony are beautiful, you can’t swim in the beach bit but it’s a perfect sunset setting next to the mountains! we also used the laundry service and will be carrying on our journey with clean washing! thank you 🙏🏻

if you are a light sleeper I’d recommend requesting a room away from the trees, the birds are up early 😉

Perfect and Romantic place

The property was not close to the pier we arrived at.. my mistake as wrong pier. The staff were good and we had the most lovely taxi driver organised by the resort. You cannot go on the sea here and the closest town is 15 mins in a taxi and there is nowhere to eat locally. However it is reasonably close to the airport which we needed and cheap.

we arrived late only to be taken to a dirty room with a mouldy Toilet seat, went to reception and told her that was not what we booked, she was not interested and bearing in mind it was nearly midnight she told me to take it up with booking company, we eventually got another room but had to pay more, I would never stay there again it is defiantly not as the pictures make it out to be and the management are really not interested at all. We were supposed to get water and tissues etc everyday but we didn’t, just whenever they decided. If you are looking to book I would not recommend here !!!! we went to another hotel 7 minute walk which was amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful.

The location was terrible for exploring krabi. Cost 400 thb every time going from and to the hotel. The property advertises a private beach and maybe it is but you wouldn't go swimming there.. we waited 40 minutes for waffles to be ser ed at breakfast. Its certainly one of those hotels where the pictures embelish the reality a lot. Wouldn't stay here again

the staff was very friendly and helpful. we loved the outdoor space and how cozy the cabins were. it was perfect being so close to the pier to get to railey beach

the beds + bedding could have been a bit more comfortable, and the “restaurant” on site had very limited options

Nice cabins, clean and close to the pool and rather grubby beach. Staff very helpful but the on site bar was not open until the last day our stay there nice quiet area surrounded by palms and other trees.Found one local bar the first night and called in most nights on the walk back. Couple of local supermarkets up on the main road a 15 minute walk away. Close to the pier for trips to islands or Railly beach.

It was a little isolated and the beach was not very clean. A fare bit of noise from the long tail boats which started very early and did not stop till midnight, quite long walk to the better bars and cafes, of the smaller local bars lots were not yet open. Still lots of rain about this early in the season to be expected.

Absolutely gorgeous resort, we loved the pool and view of the sea. We stayed in the rooms rather than the bungalows, they were still nice and good value for money. The staff were amazing, they sorted us out a scooter quickly and easily and they arranged cheap transport to our next location. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, a credit to the resort.

The air conditioning unit was not very powerful, we had to use the fan as well, I didn’t sleep very well because of the noise they both made.

Big room, we could park our scooter in front of the bungalow. Clean. The staff dont speak to much english but they are super nice.

The breackfast in the restaurant is not good. The service was very slow.

Quiet and cute

water pressure was very low. a lot wild dogs around. when we checked in it took long time and staff were sleeping. beach nearby isn’t really for swimming, if you’re not driving the location isn’t good as it’s not close to anything.

There was just American breakfast option, but it was tasty. We like cleanliness of the room.

We heard lot of sounds from neighbours and outdoor.

I didn’t like the decor of the room it seemed rather outdated

apart from it being like a ghost town it looks nothing like the pictures. very run down and old. it’s true it’s very cheap, but it needs a serious tidy up.
