Location

The room I originally booked was double booked and I had to move to a twin room. I was then double charged as I booked on booking.com but paid at the reception as well. Waiting for funds to be returned. Breakfast is average, scrambled egg shouldn’t be on a cooked breakfast.

The breakfast had to be paid for but it was nicely done. Meanwhile we are also staying at Hyatt Place by airport and breakfast is included.

The eggs needs to be cooked more for my taste.

Ideal location, arrived by train and visited ABBA Voyage in evening. Was room only so cannot comment on breakfast/ restaurant.

Our stay was perfect! Room very clean, beds super comfortable, bathroom extremely clean. A very quiet hotel and great location for us.

Breakfast was really busy and required more staff to clear tables and replenish food. However, a sporting event was being held while we were there, and the hotel was clearly full.

Good big well appointed rooms with quality fittings. Nice coffee bags on offer instead of the usual fiddly packets of Nescaf-dust. Lovely big bed and quality linen. Well soundproofed.

Breakfast is expensive but excellent.

not much tea and milk and no biscuits. Only bin was in the bathroom - a pain when making tea etc.

Great location for ABBA Voyage. Room large, comfortable and clean. Great shower.

Location very close to train station and underground, so ideal for trips into City centre. Location inside the Westfield Stratford shopping centre, perfect for shopping and so many restaurants to choose from.

The restaurant staff and bar staff were very helpful and conscientious. The room was of a very good standard. The location was accessible and ideal for our purpose.

Location was amazing, right at the entrance to Westfield Stratford and walking distance to many places in this buzzing part of London. Room was fab, clean, sizeable with a very comfortable bed and the birthday message was gratefully received. Reception and concierge gave us the warmest of welcomes too. Breakfast was fantastic in a very modern and spacious dining room with great background music. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely revisit. 10/10 A***, when it works, let them know!

It was perfect, nothing to dislike.

Lovely hotel, room and bed were very comfortable. Nice quiet room with excellent facilities. Location was good, we stayed there for ABBA Voyage and it was only a 15 minute walk to the arena through very well lit paths. Breakfast was very good, great choice and lovely coffee.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel und in London. Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist logistisch sehr gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Die Nähe zur Abba Arena ist top. Das Hotel liegt im Einkaufscenter von Westfield. Die Zimmer sind groß, verfügen über Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen. Die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht öffnen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage ( leider etwas sehr laut).

Es gibt nur eine Kritik: Die Bäder sehen nicht sehr einladend aus. Überall sind auf dem Marmor Wasserspuren/ Kalkspuren/ Seitensprünge. Ebenso auf dem Toilettendeckel und den Armaturen. Über die Jahre hat sich hier eine Patina gebildet, die sehr unansehnlich ist und sich nicht mehr entfernen lässt.

Brilliant hotel in an idea location for visit to London and theatre trip. Very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Staff very friendly.

Left the table at breakfast to get some more food, when we returned, our table had been cleared, and our items we had left removed, and someone else was sitting there.!! Even though it was obvious that we were coming back. I was worried as the room card was on the table and had been removed.

Sehr nettes Personal Super Frühstück Schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Foodtrucks und einem Einkaufszentrum. Diverse Underground Linien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe

Hyatt Regency London Stratford is always a great place to stay. This was our second time and again flawless. Location was just perfect, inside the Westfield Shopping Center area. Room size was more than enough. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was good Amenities were great and provided as needed. I heard the breakfast was good too, but didn't try (maybe next time). Will be back for sure.

The location of this hotel is great. Easy to travel with the underground lines from/to airport and to central London. And then you have everything you need just a minute from the hotel.

The breakfast was ok - but … I missed chees slides. Tomato and cucumber!!!

From first entering to leaving the whole stay was great. All staff we're helpful and polite. Comfy warm room clean and tidy definitely better than we hoped for. Breakfast was good with a decent choice.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.
