- very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms , high speed Internet - prime location next door Edgware road street - all kitchen ware are available

- the way of check- in /out is very inconvenient, you have to do it in a deferent location 10 minutes away by taxi from the apartment , for family with luggage’s it’s not a good experience at all ( I am sure there is better ways) - we had to pay additional £50 for cleaning charges which was not mentioned in the booking details! , & they only did cleaning once during our one week stay - there were unbearable drilling & milling noise coming from the neighboring apartment for three consecutive days , I called the management to make a complaint , the answer was “ sorry we can’t do anything, it’s the rule of London city “ I. e YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT .

great apartment and location. Management was always available over whatsapp when needed.

The apartment was very well furnished and fully equipped with everything anyone needs.

during the booking it was mentioned that there’s a housekeeping service daily but they say it isn’t available anymore. WiFi did not work.

the apartment was advertised as luxury. This was misleading. It was shabby, cupboards did not close, skirting boards were loose, there were holes in walls, floors and shelves were damaged, the main bathroom was cramped and shower screen dangerous. Toilet seat cover was damaged and tiles were cracked. Very poor condition overall.
