J'ai adoré cet hôtel ! L'équipe est super accueillante et souriante ça fait plaisir. La situation à 2mn de la gare de Victoria dans une petite rue au calme est parfaite : le quartier est agréable avec plein d'endroits sympa pour manger et très pratique pour visiter la ville ou prendre le train.. Ma chambre au 4e (queen avec fenêtre) était petite mais super bien agencée. Lit très confortable et j'ai apprécié d'avoir plein d'oreillers et un plateau bouilloire. Propreté impeccable.

En vrai, rien ne ma dérangée et je suis à peu près sûre de revenir la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Londres. Le seul point à prendre en compte pour les voyageurs : l'hôtel, comme c'est souvent le cas à Londres, est au-dessus du métro ce qui génère des vibrations. Ça ne m'a pas dérangée du tout mais ça dépend sans doute des sensibilités.

Small room but more than enough for a short break in London and extremely well positioned only few minutes from Victoria station and Buckingham palace.

the Wi-Fi was inoperable for most of our visit, it was only working the last two days .

The location was good - proximity to the things I needed to be close to was why I selected the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the WiFi was excellent.

I found that the room was quite grubby. The floor had crumbs and other debris from previous inhabitants - including some hairs in my mug which wasn't a pleasant discovery. A smaller gripe would be the lack of window - no window for natural light or ventilation - I suppose that comes with the location, but for £200 a night you'd hope for more.

The location is excellent. The rooms are small but have everything you could possibly need for a weekend away. I would 100% stay here again.

The sink wouldn't drain. The shower flip flopped between freezing cold and scalding hot randomly There is absolutely no hint of privacy whatsoever in the glass walled bathrooms in the rooms. It was very uncomfortable

We were sadly unable to form a good opinion of the property because my paraplegic fiancé experienced a medical emergency resulting in a coma before our stay. We had originally booked for May 29, 2022, but he was taken to the hospital May 9. As I messaged and called from the intensive care unit, we were denied a refund based on the room type, although I explained our situation - the fact that we could not travel internationally and were unsure if my fiancé would survive. We were offered the option to rebook within the week, or be cancelled without refund, which of course was impossible. Finally, after multiple calls and emails, we were given the option to keep a sort of placeholder reservation for Jan 2023. That date came and went, because though he thankfully survived this ordeal, he is still in the process of his ongoing months-long recovery and a trip to the Z Hotel has been last on our minds. It doesn’t seem possible to write a positive review for an establishment with policies that treat disabled patrons and their families this way during life-threatening emergencies, however politely they worded their emails. Since the priority of the hotel was receiving payment for our unusable room while we experienced a truly harrowing period in our lives, it seems they succeeded because we’ve paid them in full. Sincerely hoping this feedback brings awareness to the ways policy could improve there. Included picture with his permission of our stay in ICU, and some of our email correspondence through booking.com.

It is very clean, and the staff really attend to your needs

Do not book a room without a window!!! After having a shower, it will feel like you are in a sauna. Although the staff gave us a fan, it was still not enough

Location. Super near to main train/bus stations.

The bed, toilet and room are very small despite paying a little more for the window units. We cannot even open up our 2 big luggages at the same time. Me/Hub kept kicking each other on bed due to lack of space.

2 minutes from Victoria Station. Really easy for metro, buses and train Station. It was clean and comfortable.

The price was high for what you get. I took it because I had to book at the last moment.
