I liked how big the bed was and that I got a bath

I didnt like that the jets didn't work in the spa bath.

Room layout and Bed was very comfortable. .

Nil Bath. to high and unsafe to get into for a shower. Curtains too thin and not closing adequately affecting privacy due to walkway adjacent to room.

Restaurant service and quality of meal excellent. Coffee Lounge service good. Coffee and food better than most places. Facility clean. Gardens well-kept. Nice to have some more private areas. Parking close to room.

The Quarters had the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in! Great size room for a family of 4 fitting 2 queens with plenty of room to move around. The water pressure in shower was also fabulous for a hotel!

Receptionist lyndal was incredible and de Lorenzo event was absolutely amazing

The pool area is very nice. We received a partial refund for the problems during our stay.

We were given no towels for the bathroom or pool. Tried contacting staff repeatedly through the number they provided, by mobile and through booking.com starting from 5pm but no one responded. Power also went out for an hour (no lights, aircon etc) and fire alarm went off - again, no contact from any staff until we checked out the next morning. Sheets also smelled badly of mildew.

Gorgeous pool and outdoor areas. Rooms were quite clean and light. Very nice decor. Gorgeous shower. Friendly staff. Decent coffee at on site cafe. Good location.

Not suited for long stays as no self-contained facilities except a kettle that over-heated when the switch failed. The ‘mini-fridge’ is like a shoebox-sized cooler, not like the photos, with a sign on it saying it is meant only to cool a few drinks and if you load it up it won’t cool. Correct - we had brought a few bits and pieces being a family of three staying for a week, but everything went bad. I think if you list the room as having a mini fridge it’s implied you can use it - if only for some fresh milk and cheese. The setup of the room was also slightly different from the pictures, with essentially no storage at all, which, again, tricky for a family on a week-long holiday. We only had two dining chairs, despite booking for 3, and one was visibly broken. The screen door was hard to close and lock, and the half flush on the toilet didn’t work.

great sized rooms, plenty of parking; clean pool and pool area and clean rooms. Easy location close to great beaches, shops and great dining on site and across the road. Bottled water provided; basic kitchenette.
