We wanted to stay in a hotel with onsen facilities and the one at this hotel is quite good, hotel guests get to enjoy for free. I travelled with a group of 5 friends and needed 2 rooms (twin sharing & triple sharing), we managed to find 2 rooms with a twin sharing & triple sharing (double + futon bed). As the futon was really v thin and not super comfortable, we requested for additional bedding so that it's not so hard for the back. The hotel staff was kind enough to send this over together with an extra pillow. The hotel is located opposite the Beitou Library and there were many restaurants, pharmacies, spas, pharmacies and shops around the vicinity. We had a pleasant walk around the neighborhood, there is a waterfall nearby. If not for the typhoon that hit Taiwan in early Oct, we would have wanted to hike to Yangmingshan.

Out of the 2 rooms that we stayed, the triple sharing one had a really nice view and was spacious with a large bath 'tub' inside the toilet for soaking. However, the other twin sharing one was a little more run down and did not have any windows, so my friends were quite disappointed. The local breakfast which was included in the room price was pretty basic. It would be good if more options could be provided.

Love the private & public hot spring! Helped us relax from travel tiredness. Just 1 min walk to MRT Station/Bus Stop. A lot of FOC attraction within walking distance. Breakfast was surprisingly great too! The staffs were super friendly and helpful too in accommodating to our needs

Lighting and aircond system of the room is a lil old. Hard to adjust the room temperature.

The location is very convenient! If you are lucky and get a room facing the park, the view is awesome. There are plenty of free drinks and snacks in the room refilled everyday!

The hotel is very old and some rooms definitely need an urgent renovation. One of the rooms assigned to us is facing the building right behind very close to the hotel and there is barely any sunlight shining into the room. Probably the reason why the room has a very strong smell of mold, given that the window of the bedroom also cannot be opened. We asked for a change of room and luckily the staff was very understanding and helpful and gave us another room right away.

The hot spring in the room was great, we were able to enjoy it after a long day of walking at the freedom of our own time. Highly recommend for those who wants to enjoy the hot springs even with the fully packed itinerary.

The interior was a bit old.
