We thought everything about the room was excellent as well as the woman at reception very friendly and helpful.
I thought an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be useful as it got very steamed up even with the window open.

Excellent location overlooking Hervey Bay waterfront, a short walk into town. Very clean, comfy and spacious two-bedroom room with balcony. The host/owner was very welcoming too.
Nothing - was very good, especially for the price.

House keeping. Five minutes just makes the bed and change the towels. Sadly,
The pool needed a good clean, although we did not use it.

Great location right long the esplanade , easy to find, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious with all the facilities you would expect. Good value, will likely stay there again.
Please paint the associated room number on the ground of the parking bays!!! Guests aren't looking up and to see which bay they should be parking in. We ended up buying some traffic cones in an attempt to stop other guests parking in our allocated bay.

Staff, location and cleanliness. Location was great for what we need to be there for.
Only 1 chair out on patio so we all couldn't sit out there together, and it was one big patio for all units.

The room was well maintained and prepared in hygienic conditions. The staff are thoughtful about their guests. It can be seen that the owner has put effort in running his business. We will come back next time when we visit hervey bay again

premises were very clean & quite - comfortable bed 🛌 for a well earned rest. great location close to supermarket and eateries 😎👍🇦🇺

The room was great bigger than we expected. kids loved the pool. excellent location able to walk across the road to an awesome playground, skatepark, and waterpark. close to shops and food. Beds we very comfortable. All staff were lovely we will be back.
