My family and I recently stayed at Riad Zaouia 44 in Marrakech, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The riad's simplistic design created a calming atmosphere, which was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. One of the standout features of our stay was the manager, Mohamed. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city, providing us with great tips and advice on how to best navigate and enjoy Marrakech. The food was fantastic, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our family of four had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If you're looking for an unforgettable vacation experience in Morocco, I highly recommend staying at the Riad Zaouia 44, that I recently had the pleasure of visiting. Beautiful and peaceful Rhiad tucked away behind a tiny door (note: with no sign, would have been easy to miss if the wonderful staff hadn't arranged a airport pickup for us). Mohammed and his team couldn't do enough for us...a beautiful home cooked dinner on arrival, a wonderful room, beautiful courtyard and roof terrace; and a great breakfast of local produce, eggs and pastries. We can thoroughly recommended a stay here. Thank you for looking after us and our teens 🤩

Absolutely gorgeous riad! Beautifully clean, the staff are amazing. It’s a welcome retreat from the craziness of the souks, unbelievably quiet and relaxing when you’re inside!

Nothing - would be even more amazing if it were ever so slightly closer to the main square, however this was never an issue for us. It’s a really beautiful place!

Very nice riad, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good! It does deliver a "true Moroccan experience".

The location is tricky... not that far from the souks, but one should not walk there when it starts to get dark. The room (with a small patio) was great, but I did miss windows form the bedroom to the patio (and not just a door).

We absolutely loved our last night in Morocco. The Riad is marvellous and the staff very friendly and helpful. We appreciated all the information we received and the guidance to the Riad (it's tucked away and without Mohamed's clear instructions we would certainly not have found it). The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful and our room was a real gem. Thanks a lot to Mohamed and his team for his great hospitality. We will certainly come back to this place on our next trip to Morocco.

It was a calm paradise within the business of Marrakech

I was greeted by Mohamed which guided me into the riad routines, served lovely tea and helped me get to my appointment for the evening. Also his other colleague, Mohamed no 2 was very polite and helpful. All in all, really enjoyed the Riad, the location and the staff. Highly recommended!

We had a great two nights at Riad Zaouia. Both Mohammeds were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, thank you again! Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well, the terrace outside our room was a lovely place to sit.

Mattress was too hard for us but we found this in most places we stayed in Morocco

The best thing about Riad Zaouia is Mohamed and the wonderful care and attention he gives his guests. His advice and help made our stay in Marrakech fabulous. That says a lot because the property is also stunning. Its a calm and peaceful haven after a busy day out and about. The decor is simple, with a nod to Moroccan style. The food is fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend a meal in house. Thank you Mohamed and Mohamed for a wonderful stay.

we liked everything about the property, everything clean, nice. Mohamed is the best host ever, made us feel like at home. Welcomed us every time with mint tea ❤️ Suggested us a lot of things and made us feel comfortable in Medina too. we had a nice big room with our own terrace. There is also huge terrace on the rooftop - amazing for the sunset. the main floor of Rias also is quite big, with some tables for breakfast/lunch/ dinner and the relax area by the small pool - nice escape from the heat in noon.

the reception and all the care of both Mohameds was exeptional. we have traveled a lot, but never ever felt so so at home as we did here. really life time experience.
