Had an awful experience from start to finish. Arrived just before 8pm and no porter around to take our luggage in. We were told to leave the luggage in the car park area and someone will collect it. Once we got our rooms, we went to see them and the first room absolutely stunk of cigarettes, so much so that we had to walk out of the room. After complaining, a member of staff said he would try and air it out by opening all the doors and windows and putting ac on full blast. It took almost 3hrs for the room to become bearable. This meant we couldn't use our room until nearly 11pm! Then at breakfast the staff were inattentive and uninterested in providing any decent level of service. Simply getting a cup of tea became a challenge, it took 3 attempts to get a round of hot tea! All of this in just a 1 night stay at PC Rawalpindi. This is not what you expect from a hotel chain of this calibre.

Ac of my room was not working on complaint they changed the room and moved us on 6th floor in which room ac was working but room was old and third class. I could say hotel one got better room as compare to pc room. Whereas hotel one room are very reasonably priced compare to pc room.

Bathrooms need to be renovated horrible conditions of the tub and sink and flush

Location very vlose to army headquarters which make it very inconvenient and lots of security checks

staff is unprofessional. hotel is soo old no upgrading done till now noise of road in the room . bathroom is old and rusted.

The rooms was nice and clean. Staff were great. Location was ideal if you want to go shopping in Saddar.

The only thing I didn't like was the gluten free bread was not available all the time. If that would be made available I would have been 100% pleased with my stay.

I was amazed to see the low rating of the hotel. Whereas it fulfills almost all requirements of a good hotel. Welcoming attitude of the reception staff was a cherry on top

The only thing was the gluten free bread option was not available after a certain time. This should be mentioned on the menu To stop confusion as I would have bought my own bread as I arrived late.

Brilliant all round. Great staff, newly refurbished room, nice breakfast. Much of this is down to care, support and leadership of Sardar Naveed who takes pride in delivering excellence all round for customers. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I loved the location of the hotel. I loved the interior and design specifically of the reception and walk-in area.

The experienced received by staff and the Manager has been opposite to Jadore. Maybe staff need to be trained how to speak to customers and listen to concerns without going to a corner and giggling like little children.
