good location，friendly staff，especially the receptionist Shahryar ,he was so kindly to upgrade the coty view to sea view to us,which is appreciated very much . we really enjoyed ourselves so much.

- They Dont clean the rooms after you leave in the morning until afternoon so when you come back the room remains as is - the facility it self is located at a good location but its too far from any attraction u must get a taxi u cant walk - delay in terms of providing the service to ur room

It was too expensive and should be included in the room rate. But you can have a lovely breakfast at Manzara restaurant for £15 a 10 min walk from the hotel. The staff are amazing though and bend over backwards to help you.

The fridge has a lock? One of the only places in the world I have come across this?? Room cleaning is on request also quite strange. The pool was not warm.

Beautiful hotel at the exceptional location, view is fenomenal! Clean rooms with a lot os space. Great pool on the roof. Super good breakfast! Highly recommended.

We loved the hotel too much. We stayed in a sea view room. Baku view was breathtaking, I recommend sea view room to everyone. We liked the detail of the tub and capsule coffee machine in the room. The rooms were stylish, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying. the staff was very polite and helpful. they helped us a lot and let late check out. The piano concert in the lobby was very enjoyable. Also we liked spa, pools, jakuzzis and sauna. I recommend the hotel to everyone, i will stay if i come to baku one more time.

My working visit to Baku turned out to be amazing and beautiful. This is my second visit to this beautiful city. The first time I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel near the old city. This time I chose Hotel Fermont, which is located on a hill with views and within walking distance of the old town. I was expecting beautiful views, but the reality exceeded my expectations! At reception I was absolutely pleasantly surprised by a manager named Shahin Hasanov. I travel a lot so I have a lot to compare it to. In my opinion Shahin is the best manager I have ever met. His way of dealing with customers is not just professionalism, it is a rare quality of humanity, charm and friendliness! It's a long time since I met people so responsibly and sincerely related to the business they do. The second positive surprise awaited me when I entered the room! This room is amazing! The view from the window is 180 degrees! Beautiful observation deck providing a realistic view of the entire city! The hotel itself is in beautiful architecture and design! Superb service. My next visit I will not experiment and choose only Fermont!

I had splendid and pleasant stay at the hotel; the rooms were pretty good with all needed facilities despite there was a difference in size of the rooms while the price remains with no change. The hotel facilities are above expectations where there is very big Spa and also the breakfast was excellent with many choices. The staff specially concierge are very helpful and would go extra mile to satisfy the customer, Special thanks to Jamal and Yunis.

The only concern is that the hotel is slightly away from the city with minimum services around also the heating system makes the room very warm without any ability to reduce the temperature below 21.

the fact that the staff are not friendly with Check in. no valet service. no AC. the bathroom light went on and off throughout the night that had to call maintenance in and all they did was switch off all our switches. the bed sunk into the middle. the pillows smelt like smoke. the tv channels is all Russian no English besides two news channels. they disabled my door card an hour before my Check out time.

The room was on the 23rd floor with stunning views. Due to some issues with the initial room on the 11th Floor, we were upgraded to the 23rd floor!. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were tremendously helpful!. They even gave us free complimentary breakfast. Fairmont Baku is definitely one of the best hotels in the world!

They could put some flowers, greenery etc in the rooms to add a bit of colour. In addition some snacks like cookies etc.

Great view of the city and Caspian Sea! Helpful staff, good variety for breakfast. Golden level gave us free dinners at the restaurant on the 19th floor, they were delicious. There is a big IMAX cinema in the adjacent tower, to get there you don't even have to go outside, just go up to the 4th floor in the elevator. The SPA is huge! I had a massage there, it was lovely.

Everyhting was great, nothing to complain about.

building and interior has a great design , wonderful location of the hotel , comfortable room with spectacular sea view , friendly and helpful staff , nice breakfast , good spa and swimming pool zone .. all additional requests are fulfilled easy most of the time

one day after room cleaning we have only 2 towels instead of full set , we returned late in the hotel and asked for the missing ones ,, unfortunately we did not get it ,, only next morning after second request it been done;-))
