The front desk. They took a security hold on my credit card for almost double the amount of my room rate for my stay. I did not mind this as it happens but they then made a mistake on my checkout. They charged me the full amount again, even though they said my security deposit was being refunded. I ended up significantly overpaying on my stay and I still, a week later have the security deposit block on my credit card. They have processed a refund but they did not aplogise for this mistake. Now, the majority of my credit card is blocked because of this and due to my limit I cannot use it. This means over £900 is due to come back to me but I have to wait 2 weeks! Now whilst travelling I cannot use my card because their staff cannot figure out how to charge customers effectively. I have only shared this due to the poor service I received after the mistake. The person that made this mistake should have apologised at the very least. I would recommend refusing to pay the security block.

Very satisfying breakfast, which was expected at this type of 5star standard Hotel. Very good spread of food. Very hospitable staff would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in good location with parking and attentive staff

Small things,just a feeling..It doesnt feel like wow 5 star hotel...the gap in the entry door of the room was very wide, so noise insulation suffers..

Everything was perfect!

Our stay at the Intourist was comfortable. The staff at this property is extremely helpful, courteous and a delight to interact with. From the people at the reception helping us check in, to the one who helped us with our luggage, to the chefs and the staff greeting people at the breakfast area, everyone is very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The rooms are very comfortable and have an amazing view of the Baku Eye and the sea. The cleanliness was immaculate too. The breakfast spread though could be better as they don't have a lot of options for Vegetarians or non meat eaters. Overall we had a great stay and would love to go back when the opportunity arises.

الإزعاج اليومي سواء من موظفي خدمة تنظيف الغرف أو النزلاء لان اثناء فتح وغلق الابواب كانهم عندك في الغرفة وذلك من الصباح الباكر تقريبا الساعة 6 صباحا بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود عوازل للصوت …وموظفي خدمة تنظيف الغرف اثناء فتح باب ممر الخدمة يقومون بفتح الباب ويغلق بقوة مما يسبب صوت عالي … الفطور جيد … الميني بار فاضي بالغرفة … تاخر طلبات خدمة الغرف … الغرف التي تم حجزها وطلبها تكون في نفس الدور تم توفير كل غرفة في طابق والفندق لا يرتقي بان يكون خمس نجوم والحمام عبارة عن زجاج وأثناء دخول الحمام وفتح الاضاءة تزعج الآخرين في الغرفة…

The staff were exceptional- friendly, welcoming and remembered our names at breakfast check in! Everything about the hotel worked for us as a family, close to the old city, the funicular, the park, the seafront walk, Deniz mall- great location- some reviews say it’s out the way- a 10 min walk and your in amongst Baku, via an underpass to the right of the hotel. Rooms were sound proofed, housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were large and comfortable- the kids raved about the showers! The Spa and Gym were small- but had the basics. Breakfast was exceptional, different options each morning to add variety to the basic brekkie options you would expect at a large international chain of hotels. Baku tours picked up from the hotel, which saved a walk to a central pick up location that many tours operated from outside the old city gates. All in all this was a great decision, considering we stayed at Nobel hotel for one night, cancelled our booking and moved to the Sheraton for the remainder of our holiday!! All in all, perfect for a family of 4 with a 15 & 18 year old!!!

Не поменяли доллары старые (2006г). Не находится адрес в ЯнГо (приложение такси), приходится вызывать около.

Удобная локация около Приморского бульвара, в 15 минутах ходьбы от Старого города. Невероятно приятный персонал, отличный сервис и внимание к гостям. Завтраки вкусные, есть все, что требуется!
