5 yıldız olarak oda satan ancak 3 yıldız bile fazla olan bir tesis. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz ve çoğunlukla Hint kültürüne göre hazırlanmış. Odadaki klima sisteminde ısıtmanın iptal edildiği söylendi. Odaya girdiğimde sıcaklık 17,5 derece gösteriyordu. Konum olarak kötü bir mahallede yer alıyor. Dışarıya çıkıp gezmek mümkün değil. İsmindeki garden nerede çok merak ettim. Kesinlikle alınan parayı haketmeyen bir tesis. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

THe rooms were compact and clean. All amenities were either provided or easily available when asked for e.g. iron and extra pillows. Breakfast was delicious as usual, fresh and filling.

NOTHING! Everything was good. We just faced an internet outage temporarily, but it got fixed soon enough.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the clean and tidy rooms. The breakfast was excellent and supported by smiling staff. My kids loved the place and they loved their room which was joined with ours.

Nothing not to like. Hotel was excellent and the reception staff to bell boy were so courteous and professional

Стильный дизайн. Цветовые решения. Продумано до мелочей. Когда отель был новый, думаю все было на высоте. Завтрак был простой очень. Пару вариантов сыра и колбасы. Немного фруктов. Спасибо женщине, которая готовила омлеты. Спа небольшой, но уютный. Сауна и хаммам. Находится далеко от центра, вокруг старые дома.

Отель потрепанный. В нашем номере ковролин был весь в пятнах, душевая кабинка разваливалась. Разбитые зеркала в номере.

На мой вкус - много живых цветов в больших горшках 😂 Если я придираюсь к какой то ерунде, то можно делать вывод: все отлично 👍

It was in a quiet location. lovely decor and very clean. great views of the flame tower. comfortable beds and spacious bathroom.

Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Havuzu küçük ama temizdi. Banyo da geniş ve ferahtı hem de kocaman küvet çok keyifliydi. Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Odaların ısıtması gayet etkiliydi. TV sistemi güzeldi, uydu seçip Türkiye yayınlarını izleyebildik, yanısıra Netflix ve YouTube da izleyebildik.

Restoran restorasyonu nedeniyle yemeği lobide yemek zorunda kaldık. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda klozetin temizlik sonrası kirli kaldığını anladık - demek ki 5 yıldızlı otelde kalite kontrolü yapılmıyor. Kahvaltıda reçel veya bal koymak içi küçük kaplardan bulunmuyor fincanlara koymak zorunda kaldık. Odada internet bağlantısı 1MB hızındaydı, daha iyi olması beklenirdi. Ödemeyi kredi kartından alamadılar ve nakit talep ettiler, o nedenle bankaya gitmek zorunda kaldım.

The rooms are pretty comfortable, although they are not as good looking as on the pictures! Breakfast guy Taleh was very helpful, best member of staff!

Location is ok in terms of being not far from city centre, but the immediate surroundings are slums, the window view does not exist! Tv didn’t work for half of my 4 day stay, and the highly praised lady at reception lied to me that it would be fixed in two hours, obviously it wasn’t! Also she lied to me when I asked her for a bank directions, the bank she advised could not exchange euros! Room service is terrible, a third of menu does not exist, another third had a wrong price, two three times lower than it’s actually was! Club sandwich was terrible, but pepperoni pizza was good! Breakfast is average, nothing special! Most of the staff does not speak English or Russian! The hotel tried to charge me extra for an early checkout, unbelievable! WiFi is the worst I ever experienced!

المكان مرتب وجميل وتعامل الطاقم اكثر من رائع، من اول وصول لنا استقبلونا بإبتسامة وترحاب كبير، وايضاً الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة، ولا تنسى الفطور اللي كان اكثر من رائع وخصوصاً الطاقم صالة الفطور وبالتحديد الاخ (Taleh) رجل نبيل ومحترم ويقوم بعمله بشكل محترف ومنظم.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful. The first night we arrived we had not converted our money yet, and did not eat. They ordered food for us and took us to the closest ATM which was going above and beyond. The spa centre is very cute and cozy, with a steam room and sauna.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that the location was down a street that looked a little rough, and perhaps not safe at night time. We did end up walking home one night and we were fine, but we felt we were far away from closer places to eat and pick up snacks. The view was also not great.

Уютный маленький отель в стороне от городского шума. Есть свои парковочные места. В самом отеле есть все! И сауны с бассейном и игровая зона для детей и даже живут птички и черепаха. Дети были в восторге! Очень классный и отзывчивый персонал! Свежий ремонт, чистые комнаты. Всё понравилось.

The hotel itself is really nice, clean and has good facilities. We especially appreciated pool with heated water. Gym is also nice, although officially it opens only at 10am. But the door was left open earlier, so no problem at all.

Just be careful with the photos. In our room there was supposed to be a sofa according to photos and the description but there was none. Breakfast was relatively basic.

The staff, especially Mila & Hekmat. The room, in general, is super great.

The location is a (bit) far away from downtown. The curtain is not isolated the sunlight.

The room were tacky , the shower was broken , no house keeping visited in two days.

Hotel is more than expectation, it gives you full holiday home vibes with greenery and hometown feel. The hotel staff service specially milana on reception and ravan and rauf are very helpful they help without asking for help, the hotel decoration is really good. In short its full value of money with first class service standard and helpful people, cant find such quick serving people even in some 5 star hotels

Re fiilling the empty food bowls at breakfast could have been better.. Toilets were smelling a bit.

Everything was perfect - from cleanliness, service, the amenities - it was all great! Would highly recommend it. Special thanks to Lin, the morning receptionist, she's a good person to speak to if you want to know more about where to visit in Baku, shopping etc.

The hotel is located 5-6 minutes from the main city which was a disadvantage to us initially but we used Bolt to get around which got easier over time.
