Das Fischrestaurant im Hotel war ausgezeichnet !

Empfang war harzig, der Supervisor hat sich dann uns angenommen und Lösungen gesucht (early check-in). Sanitäre Einrichtungen am Pool sind ungepflegt und teilweise out-of-order. Strand ist nicht existent! Matratze für die Anlage unterhalb des Pools kostet 70 US$/Tag zusätzlich. Verschluss zur Zimmerterrasse klemmt und ist kaum zu öffnen.

파셜 오션뷰이긴 하지만 눈부시게 아름답고 찬란했어요. 생각보다 방이 넓고 고급스러워서 마음에 들었어요. 화장실 세면대도 널찍해서 짐 놓기에 편했습니다. 구비된 어메니티도 질이 좋아 머릿결이 푸석해지지 않았습니다. 마루바닥이라 한국인에게 더 친숙한 면도 있습니다. 특히 냉장고 안에 구비한 물이 한국인에게 더 익숙한 맛이라 편했습니다.

요청하지 않은 엑스트라 베드가 있어 오히려 방이 좁아 보였습니다. 화장실은 처음 이용하는데도 변기에 휴지가 들어 있었고, 그 후로 청결도가 계속 신경 쓰였습니다. 엑스트라 베드와 더불어 생각해 보니, 누군가가 아이를 동반하여 방을 쓴 후 (엑스트라)베드를 정리하지 않았고, 변기를 사용하고 나서 물도 내리지 않은 것 같다는 상상력이 더해져 찝찝함이 계속됐습니다. 한두 번 가볍게 사용했을뿐인데 수압이 최악이라 변기가 막혔고, 호텔에 전화하여 잘 처리했으나 뚫어뻥으로 해주었다고 합니다. 그럴 거면 애초에 변기 압축기를 호텔에 구비해 놓았다면 더 간편하게 일을 처리할 수 있었을 겁니다. 호텔은 청결도와 수압에 더욱 신경 써야 합니다.

Love the location , room size and view of our room .

The bathroom needs upgrading . Didn’t have amenities like slippers , toothbrush, toothpaste and other small necessities. The price was also too high . Expensive coffee place by the lobby .

Staff very responsive and accommodating. The facilities were awesome considering there was a typhoon a month ago.

… old, run down property … everything is outdated … major plumbing issues … missing furniture … freezing cold inside hotel as AC is producing “arctic winds” … in need of major renovation … hotel has no sustainability to present and it’s clearly visible … overpriced room rates for what property has to offer
