The complimentary breakfast on the 30th floor. Was quiet and peaceful.

The bedroom was small, too tight for a couple to get ready. Especially getting dressed to go to a ball. When showering the water was not draining properly it started to fill the stall. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. Pictures on the website made the room look bigger.

This was my second visit to Guam and I wholeheartedly enjoy this resort.

What avenues are there to improve the speed of the wifi connection and is it a possibility that the Tv's can accommodate having netflix and hulu apps added for streaming services.

i have place to take Sun bath anytime. Also the beach was fantastic.

More jacuzzis are needed.

the location is perfect, everything is walking distance. the water park and all the pools, my kids enjoyed so much. Guam is a perfect place for vacation!

not much chairs in the pool area. I understand that during the peak season the hotel was crowded.

I chose this place for my first family overseas trip. The nice exterior, restaurant, swimming pool, and Tumon Beach right in front of here were perfect!

It's subjective, but I'm going to write down a few things that I disppointed. Maybe it's because it's so popular, but even though the check-in started at 3 o'clock, it was still being cleaned. I heard that only one of the two rooms I reserved was prepared, so my family decided to wait for one more room. And I stayed in one place with my parents. We had to make a reservation at the steakhouse downstairs at 5:30p.m, so we expected the room to be ready before then. And the reception also said that they would bring the key to the room as soon as they were ready, so I was waiting. But eventually no staff came, and in the end, I ate in a hurry at the restaurant and went to get the keys around 8p.m. I was a little disappointed by the service that didn't apologize for the delay in preparing the room, but I decided to move on. However, the next day, I felt very uncomfortable. I left the cleaning (hanging the cleaning sign in front of the room) and came back to the room around 4p.m, but it was not cleaned. I asked the service staff to clean it up quickly, but it arrived an hour later, contrary to what they said would be soon. Even the room was where my parents stayed, so I felt uncomfortable because they couldn't relax even though they were tired. Eventually, I told the staff about this inconvenience, but I was disappointed about the system here. I heard that the facilities are good and it is a popular place for guests. However, I am writing with the hope that the service will be improved and that people will no longer experience any inconvenience.

I can't believe this hotel is 5 stars rated. everything in the room is shabby and not clean, strange picture on the wall. especially disgusting smells is in the shower room all the time (maybe from drain or fan). the staff in the restaurant for breakfast is not kind, they have never come closer first and serve coffee or tea to the guest.

Bathtub faucet was leaking and toilet caulking was loose and also leaking. One slight switch did not work

Room was cozy and spacious. Enjoyed the view and ambiance.

Did not turn on or use the bathroom tub until the day of checkout. Faucet was wobbly and tile in shower had a crack. When attempting to notify front desk they simply just apologized. Body language of the associate showed lack of consideration that the issue was a priority to address. We simply notified not to complain but to help the hotel address the issue for future guests not expecting broken appliances/utilities.

Despite an issue that occurred upon check-in, they were accommodating and very quick to fix. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast at Aqua was delicious and had so many options! Staff in the Club Lounge were so friendly and helpful! Dusit is me and my other half's favorite hotel and look forward to coming back 🖤
