I like the comfort of the room, I was able to come and relax. It was also very ideal for the areas I was trying to be around.

There is nothing that I did not like. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

seasonality increase without notifying me of the increased in advanced that's my disagreement regular four day stay from 500.plus to a 200 dollar increased with out notifying me the customer that is not right you need to inform me of the reason while I was staying in your hotel of your what you called seasonality .

The convenience of the restaurants inside the hotel and next door. It was nice and comfortable.

The check in time was super late. I had to wait for the cleaners to finish with my room way past check in time. And my room still smelled like sardines.

I liked the guards, they were very friendly at doing their jobs

Check in was at 3 p.m. Finally got to check in at 4:30 p.m. stood in line for awhile. Rooms weren't ready. Check out was at 12 p.m the following day. Didn't get compensated for anything. No apologies whatsoever. I understand that staff was working under pressure with trying to help every guest. They should have made a line for check in, reservations, and check out.

The hotel was nice it has a gym and department store attached to it. We loved the accessibility of the hotel to local stores, cafes and restaurant and its in the main avenue where all the branded stores are at. The price is very reasonable too. The staff we're very helpful and accommodating since our flight came in very early they allowed us to check in before the check in time. We will surely come back in this hotel again.

The aircon in our room was not that cold but it was ok

Friendly service with smiles. Excellent combination of room and breakfast offer. Also happy to know that restaurant manager is from my island and that opportunities are open to Micronesians to serve key role on your staff.
